In my 30 years of hiring contractors I've never had one come to me after the fact and expect me to pay 50% more than we agreed. So while the work was good, I couldn't recommend using them if you want to know your total cost before you start the project.

Before bringing in the Core team my husband and I struggled with making decisions around the final design.
