I have experienced her horrible attitude before, but went yesterday for work out shoes, and got there a few minutes before closing time, she had already locked the door, so I knocked and looked through the glass, she looked right at me and my child, and kept walking and doing whatever she was doing. Not even a quick acknowledgment to say, hey sorry we closed a bit early today, or anything. She completely ignored us! The team leads I have experienced were all so kind and helpful, but she is a total you know what!
