He's an absolute pill, but we dealt with it because the ladies were pleasant and did a good job. Juan was consistently soliciting us to do *more work with them. We were supposed to have monthly cleaning. Frequently Juan would just *forget about us?* (and even SAID so) that sometimes it would go months between cleanings. There was NEVER a fixed day or time. When they would come, Juan called/txt me the night before and expect me to just drop what I have scheduled for the day and be available to them?? I suspect the issue might have been money. I'm retired and on fixed income. If Juan didn't wanted to do cleaning here he could have just said "not interested". Very surly on the phone. I was very disappointed with the trip that we took for absolutely nothing and we got back to the car and checked the craigslist ad and it had no mention of it being over at 1:00 . I really think that if you were going to use them you should really think about it because it didn't appear like it was something that I would want to have anything to do with anyway that's my POV.
