He's an absolute pill, but we dealt with it because the ladies were pleasant and did a good job. Juan was consistently soliciting us to do *more work with them. We were supposed to have monthly cleaning. Frequently Juan would just *forget about us?* (and even SAID so) that sometimes it would go months between cleanings. There was NEVER a fixed day or time. When they would come, Juan called/txt me the night before and expect me to just drop what I have scheduled for the day and be available to them?? I suspect the issue might have been money. I'm retired and on fixed income. If Juan didn't wanted to do cleaning here he could have just said "not interested". Very surly on the phone. We also had deep cleaning which really wasn't all that different from regular cleaning, just cost a whole lot more. Oh well!

Let's start out with arrival. I was told they'd start at 10:30 AM. No mention of there being "a fudge factor of an hour." They arrived 45 minutes late. I called them and they told me that "they had an hour window to arrive"... that would have been OK had they mentioned it when I signed up, but they didn't. I was told that the cleaners would work until the job was done, 60 to 90 minutes. Fine. They get here, and the first thing the lady in charge tells me is that they are leaving in an hour regardless of how much work was done. Not only that, but no attempt was made to "let me down easy"- she showed no people skills whatsoever. They get to work... They did work? And the bathroom and the kitchen did look better than they did before the crew arrived. However, I'm not entirely sure the lady cleaned the bathtub, something you would think would be a high priority if you are cleaning the bathroom. The kitchen was worse. I think she took a lot of time cleaning the top of the oven? GREAT. Except I hardly use the oven. The sink wasn't cleaned, and neither were the dishes. And all the dirty dishes were piled into the sink- the sink was less usable after they left than before the arrived. All in all, it was a lousy experience. I'm not hiring them again, and if you are smart, you won't hire them either.
