He's an absolute pill, but we dealt with it because the ladies were pleasant and did a good job. Juan was consistently soliciting us to do *more work with them. We were supposed to have monthly cleaning. Frequently Juan would just *forget about us?* (and even SAID so) that sometimes it would go months between cleanings. There was NEVER a fixed day or time. When they would come, Juan called/txt me the night before and expect me to just drop what I have scheduled for the day and be available to them?? I suspect the issue might have been money. I'm retired and on fixed income. If Juan didn't wanted to do cleaning here he could have just said "not interested". Very surly on the phone. We also had deep cleaning which really wasn't all that different from regular cleaning, just cost a whole lot more. Oh well!

The cleaning crew got there at 6 am and left at 10:17 am. Based off of what Jo says she charges, you'd think that's 4:17. WRONG. What Jo herself fails to tell you is that she'll throw in 5 or 6 people, TOTAL UP ALL OF THEIR HOURS, and then charge $30 for each of those hours!! So instead of charging for 4 hours, she charged us for nearly 24 hours!! 100% not a $700 job. We vacuumed and swept before Jo's arrived and they left our floors in a disgusting condition. I do not recommend whatsoever.
