A staple in south Florida. Everyone has either been to or heard of the Sawgrass Mall. I've been going since I was a kid and not too much has changed. It's a large mall (with two food courts) and you can get easily turned around. There are a ton of stores, but quite a few of them I've never heard of. I went on a Friday during the day and it was surprisingly empty, even with it being summer break. A lot of the stores have pretty good deals and it's always my go-to when I want to kill some time. read more

One of the best malls in South Florida! Although I've only been here once, I had the best experience while there. I first came to this mall in 2018 with my sisters and cousin. This was all of our first times coming here except for my cousin as he has been here plenty of times. As soon as we arrived at the mall, the first thing I noticed was how huge the mall is! I was shocked by how huge the mall was; I didn't expect it to be this large. lol. Sawgrass Mills has over 400 retail outlets and name brand discounters. The mall has both indoor and outdoor sections, which prevents the feeling of being cramped while walking around. There were plenty of retail stores to enter, and we decided to check what was there. We came to the mall with a goal of buying new sneakers for school. The first store we went into was Journeys, a very popular sneaker shop. The staff inside Journeys were very welcoming and friendly. I don't remember the name of the staff member that helped us out, but he was very attentive and friendly with us the entire interaction. We were able to shop around the store and try on their latest shoe designs at that time. After exploring, we found the perfect shoes and were quickly checked out, which was great. After that, we decided to check out the cafeteria area for the food and cafes offered. As we were walking to the cafeteria, we noticed a stand that we've seen on Instagram. I'm not sure if they exist anymore, but at that time, this snack item called 'Dragon Breath' was very popular, and this mall had it. We were all excited and bought some to try to see what the rave was all about. The snack was underwhelming as it didn't taste like anything, but it did give you a 'Dragon Breath' experience. After that, we walked around the mall some more and explored all the other stores here. Overall, we had a great time here, and I would love to come back again and see what's new! read more

I really believe that this is the best mall in S. Florida for shopping. There are so many stores, you can find everything you want/need....and more!! There are always good sales and if not good prices all around. They have a nice selection of restaurants as well as a movie theater. read more

Loved this mall. Its better than any mall I've ever been to (even Mall of America). They have over 300 stores in a walkable area of both low-end and high-end luxury stores. I got so many steps in so I will definitely be back but I would bring a suitcase since my arms can only hold so many bags. read more

Sawgrass, I love you! This is the largest outlet and retail shopping store in the United States. It has over 350 stores, including outlet locations from Nike, Tommy Hilfiger, Ralph Lauren and Gap, OFF 5th Saks Fifth Avenue, Bed Bath & Beyond, Target, Marshalls, BrandsMart USA, and the list goes on. Sawgrass Mills has everything from fashion and jewelry to electronics, sporting equipment, beauty products, home accessories, toys and more. There is something for everyone in this mall. It is enclosed (thank God) oh yeah it's also air conditioned and climate controlled. It is located just 30 minutes from Miami International Airport and 15 minutes from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. Get ready to see tons of tourists with their bags. This is a touristy location! If you're looking for the fancy stores they have over 70! Some of those include Burberry, Diane von Furstenberg, GUCCI, Jimmy Choo, Prada, Salvatore Ferragamo Company Store, Tory Burch and Versace. Me and my daughter had to go check this place out while we were there on vacation. Now I know why I seen on other posts people take extra suitcases to take them there and fill them up. I could have filled one up pretty easy there! Some really good bargains, and it is part inside and part outside, which I really loved that. Next time I go, I will have to be prepared for shopping! This place is located in Sunrise, FL. The Outlets are huge but like most outlets there is a lot of parking. This place is about twice as big as most other outlets I have been to in California, Las Vegas, and Arizona. Some of the stores are indoor and then they have more stores on the periphery that are outdoors. I don't know but it may have been smaller and then added on the other outdoor stores later. There is something for everyone at these Outlets. They have the places you normally see like Nike, Footlocker, Nordstrom Rack, and TJ Maxx. Then the outside East part there are stores like Gucci, Armani, Versace, etc. It is so big that you might need the whole day depending on how the sales are. If you are only there for a few hours look at the list of stores ahead of time so you know where to go and which stores you interest you because you might run out of time. One of my relatives never made it to the East part and was sad that she missed checking things out. Not sure if this is how it always is or because it was after Christmas (12/29) but the sales were great. Everything in the Quicksilver store was at least 50% off so we got a bunch of things there. At Lulu which was located also in the East part we got a few things. I got a shirt which was originally $118 but on sale for $39. There are also 2 food courts (East and West locations) and a bunch of restaurants on the North side like Cheesecake Factory, Texas de Brazil, CPK near Old Navy and the Theatres. It was very crowded but most people were wearing masks especially in the stores and in the indoor part of the outlets. I will need to go back next time I need something. read more

I guarantee you if you get lost in this mall you and your car will probably not find each other for a long time. Alright I'll be serious now. Sawgrass Mills Mall has made some pretty nice upgrades with Mojo Bar, upgraded movie theater, Matchbox & Yardhouse Restaurants and other additions that have brough SMM back to life for couples & familes to enjoy their weekend. I personally recommend Matchbox myself, their pizza is pretty damn good and they have a nice outside seating area as well and it's on the edge of the mall where there is decent parking where you don't have to walk super far. read more

We drove around the parking lot ISO a spot, almost as long as it took to drive there. This was on a Monday afternoon! Renovations have blocked off certain areas and stores, but the directories and printed maps haven't kept pace. I'm very good at map-reading (out of necessity - I have no sense of direction ), but my skill was no help in locating stores I wanted to shop. We walked around and around. Finally found an "Advocate" who directed us to Tommy Hilfiger. However, we were looking for Tommy Bahama. smh ‍ We drove an hour to get there, and spent almost that much time wandering around aimlessly. Not impressed. The high point was lunch at the Grand Lux Cafe, which was lovely and delicious. But we can go there in our home town, so it was no big deal. read more

I had not been here since March 2020. How I missed shopping during the pandemic! It is a 1 1/2 hour drive for me from the Florida Keys. I planned my drive time to arrive just as shops were opening at 10am. There is always ample parking, so I was lucky to get a convenient spot near Cheesecake Factory. I was surprised how many new stores there are and how many stores are no longer there. The mall has really changed! My plan was to walk thru the inside mall last Starbucks and go to the outside Colonnade shops (Burberry, Gucci, Toda, Prada, etc). I made it to Gucci a few minutes before it was opening at 10, and there was a line. At least that moved quickly. I then walked to Rag & Bone. I noticed quite a few of the shops along the way had not yet opened. I guess shops now decide the opening & closing time, with openings ranging from 10am to noon. After visiting Rag & Bone, I was really loaded with shopping bags! I started the long walk back to where I had parked. I had really wanted to visit North Face and Columbia Wear, but decided they were too far out of the way. Instead, I visited TJ Maxx and Vineyard Vines on my way to the parking. VV was super pleasant, but, I was told the items they carry are not in "normal" VV shops. I decided not to eat at my fave Cheesecake Factory, since I am on keto and left. Maybe next visit. Sawgrass Mills is an absolute must visit when I am visiting Florida from the UK. The majority of my wardrobe originates from there! Easy so get to from pretty much anywhere in southern Florida, and lots of easy parking to use on arrival. I love to browse lots of the clothing stores featuring the big American brands, theres always heaps of bargains to be had especially in clearance sections. My favourite store in Sawgrass Mills has got to be Century 21, so many amazing deals even with the exchange rate being down to $1.28 to £1 right now. I'm going to be going home with an extra suitcase full of new clothes! It will be good to see how it all gets updated when their remodelling is completed. read more

Sawgrass Mills has evolved so much over the years. It is beyond massive and just seems to keep getting bigger every couple years. I think it is kind of cool that people come from all over the world to this mall and it is right and my backyard practically. I am a big fan of the Colonnade shops. They have great brands from all over the world. There are some great restaurants all over Sawgrass Mills Mall. I think it is great that they made another parking garage near The Colonnade Shops. They definitely needed one over in that area. In fact, when it rains you almost don't even get wet because there is coverage when leaving the area near Le Creuset. I just parked in this parking garage for the first time this weekend. The spaces are large and I love how signage lets you know how many spots are left on each level. I think the food courts could use some updating and have some newer and fresher restaurants. It can be difficult at times to get a table in the food court, especially on the weekends. I really like the Target at this mall because it is a super store and has all the groceries you could ask for. It is awesome that the post office is right next door because I always need stamps. When we moved to Florida, we kept hearing about this mall. It's a favorite for the tourists and even the locals. I love shopping and Sawgrass mall has tons of stores to choose from. The mall is huge so it can get overwhelming. The parking lot is also huge to the point where they offer a shuttle service. They have a ginormous food court as well as various restaurants nearby outside. To name a few restaurants, they have Grand Lux, Bahama Breeze, and Zinburger. We decided to go one weekend and of course, it was packed with tons of people. People walk in all sorts of direction so you're bound to get pushed and shoved. I could only imagine what it's like during the holiday season; I avoid going there at all cost unless it's the weekdays. During the weekdays, it's not too bad there's actually room to breath and walk lol. Definitely wear your walking shoes if you plan to explore the whole mall. Also, when you park, make note of what rows you park at so you could find it later. My favorite stores in the mall are, Bloomingdales and Forever 21. There are stores outside of the mall, those are the really high end name brands. The mall is also located near the BB&T which is a very popular venue. I've always wondered why people roll around luggages whenever I go there. I always think maybe they're having a luggage sale. I've come to a conclusion that they're tourists and they stuff as much as they could into the luggages and bring it back to where they're from. Finally, this is definitely the biggest mall I've ever been to. It's a great mall with tons of options to choose from. If you're visiting from out of town, I definitely recommend checking it out. As a local, I tend to stay away because it's too busy for my liking unless I'm looking for something specific or have friends and family from out of town visiting. read more

I have been coming to Sawgrass Mall since I was a little girl. I grew in the area but now live further north. Every once in a blue moon, we do make the drive down to do a bit of shopping and burn off those calories. This mall is humongous and has definitely changed over the years. You can definitely get lost in here and can get a bit frustrating if you are not used to this mall. What ever you're shopping preference is, this mall will have it. There's plenty of food courts around the mall so you're not stuck with just going to one location. They also have an outdoor shopping area and even a movie theater. One of the original stores that been there from the start is target. Which is a part of the mall that's not very popular and you'll even notice leaving target and entering the mall that the air-conditioning doesn't seem to work and is pretty warm in that small area. They don't have a lot of restaurants, but one of the original restaurants that have been there forever is the rainforest Café. Which is your typical tourist trap. I will definitely come check this place out go shopping, eat, burn calories and just have a great day looking for all the deals. read more

This is no reflection to the actual mall. However, there is a particular store in there called Dani luggage located just passed the target entrance on the left. This guy is extremely rude, insulting, and should not be allowed in sawgrass mills mall. My wife and I were in there, looking at luggage minding our own business when he came from behind his little desk, with a loud voice starting telling us how much knowledge he had. He had a PhD in luggage, and proceeded to raise his voice, and tell us that we knew nothing. This guy should be thrown out as a merchandiser. For this reason we will not be back there. Bring your passport cause you will hear more Spanish than in Miami and a whole lot of other languages that you may not recognize. Since I was here last, they've expanded adding even more high end designer shops and restaurants. But even the food court is pretty good. And also bring your walking shoes! Everything is spread out and even with a map you will find yourself going round in circles (or was it just me??). Stop and get a map and take advantage of the info stands. Face the fact you can't see every store, so figure out your most important stops and draw up a plan of attack. Luckily, there are a few more seating areas now and some parts of the tile walkways are now carpeted inside. You can always rest at the food court. Even so if you're a bit out of shape,pace yourself. You will see many visitors buying rolling suitcases and filling them up. They also have stands with rolling carts you can "rent" to help with your purchases. Whatever you can want or need (or think you need) you can find here -- from furniture to jewelry or from toys to sneakers. Have fun! read more

This was probably one of the biggest malls I've ever shopped at! I didn't realize there was a outlet outside of the mall, so a lot of people were outside and a lot of us were inside shopping. I didn't really get much, but went to a book store and got a stitch pillow pet which I also used for the plane ride going home. And visited my cousins work and bought a members only jacket for when I travel home! Everyone else went and splurged on their souvenirs. I just thought it's a mall, we have these stores back home. It's almost TOO large! Huge indoor section with just about ever store you can think of and an outdoor promenade of the high end luxury stores. The best part of browsing through Sawgrass Mills is the foreign visitors of every nation. Many are dragging rolling suitcases around to fill with what to them must be low cost items. Sawgrass Mills and I have a love hate relationship. Why? Well, lemme tell you. What's there to love? I love how big it is. So many options. I love that it has the mall aspect as well as the outdoor, more premium outlet aspect to it. Gives you tons of choices and literally lets you spend hours there which I love. Nothing better than wasting the day away while ruining your credit score. If you're smart you really can catch some amazing deals. Stick to the actual outlet stores and not the retail stores that happen to be in the outlet mall and you're golden. What I hate- the parking for one. Go on a weekend and you'll be parking in the grass a mile away. It's pretty ridiculous. They're building a parking garage so hopefully that'll help. What else I hate- everyone and their suitcases that clip me in the ankles as I'm walking. It drives me crazy that I can't navigate through this place easily. People just kind of meander around like zombies when all I wanna do is find some good deals and go home. It's one of those places that I have to build myself up to go to. I have to be in the mindset that allows myself to be annoyed without wanting to hurt anyone. The fact that they have two food courts makes me happy though. Loads of stores. The mall is spacious and clean. Employees are super friendly, helpful and professional. Definitely one of my favorite malls to visit when in Florida. As Sawgrass Mills Mall continues to expand, it continues to surprise and still draw in locals and tourists alike. Apart from the endless stores offering everything from apparel to the latest electronics, there are tons of restaurants of and drink spots to choose from. My favorite drink spot here is Yard House due to the amount of beers to choose from. There is also movie theaters and an arcade if your with children that has mediocre drinks but cheap prices and a Johnny Rockets inside. The food court on its own is impressive if your looking for a quick bite. There are two on both sides of the mall but the one closer to target is the best. It offers everything from Burger King to Asian Food and even Mediterranean. Be prepared to walk long distances since the mall itself is huge, but also be prepared to find some good things along the way !! read more

I done usually come to the mall to shop for clothes or shoes, I come here to try new restaurants at the Oasis, or to browse in the newer premium outlets area. It is supposed to be an outlet mall, but is not, not the inside at least. There are my go to stores like TJ Maxx and Burlington. I do like to browse and check out what's new from time to time. This is a huge mall and had a little bit of everything, from Forever 21 to Prada. Something for every taste and budget. You won't leave disappointed. read more

This mall has everything from astrologists to super target. Currently you don't have to have a mask to be in the mall, but the vast majority of stores want people to wear masks. If you don't have a mask and can't go on a store to go buy one, there is a pharmacy vending machine near the books a million in Avenue 1. 2 masks for 5.99. After solving that problem as I had entered in Avenue 4, I was too tired to now shop-ha! As others have mentioned, inside seating is scant unless you're at either food court. There is occasional seating but you can see massive areas ripped apart that likely had seating at one point. I bought a few things but didn't go overboard like I normally do. My luggage couldn't fit too much more so I kept my composure. Sawgrass Mills is DEFINITELY a "Shop Till Ya Drop" destination!!! During our brief visit to Florida, "THE" Girlfriend (my wife) scheduled lunch at this mall with a girlfriend she had not seen in 10 years. We arrived an hour early and she did some "Power-Shopping" at Nordstrom Rack; while it took me 20 minutes to find a parking spot in the mall's four-level parking garage. After lunch, she and her girlfriend hit Neiman Marcus Last Call and several other stores. They were like kids in a candy store!!! After two additional hours of shopping, "THE" Girlfriend me she has to return the next day to shop the OTHER End of the mall. read more

In one word HUGE! I even got twisted around and somewhat lost and their directories, unlike most mall directories, are of little help since they don't give the "You Are Here" spot on their directory maps, a fault I find unforgivable, tourist unfriendly and deserving a one swift kick in the ass. I'm not sure of its ranking but without any doubt one of America's largest malls. You can easily spend all day here. It has just about every store I can think of and many I've never heard of. The only thing I miss, basically being a foodie, are any off beat hidden mom and pop restaurant gems or top line chain restaurants such as a Morton's, Trulucks, Capital Grill or Ruth Chris. As for shopping there are bargains galore especially if you are European. The same men's designer shirt sells here for 1/3 the price it would cost in Europe or Scandinavia and for those from South America, the famous international brands sold here simply are not offered there or if they are, not in as wide ranging of a selection. If you look around it's common to see people totting or schlepping large suitcases in this mall. Generally you'll find out that are people from other parts of the world who are here only to stock up on fashion and designer bargains that are either excessive in price or simply unavailable in their homeland. Overall, it's a consumer's amusement park but rather basic, frill less, bland, commercial, simplistic, near Spartacan in style and décor for a mall. read more

There are many good stores in Sawgrass Mills. I was there in late afternoon, had a quick shopping.

This is a gigantic outlet mall! There a ton of options for everyone in the family. While not everything is crazy cheap, you can find some great deals. They have Regal Movie Theaters as well as Gameroom, which is an arcade like Dave and Busters, for entertainment. There's even a Super Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, and a large Forever 21 store. You can spend all day here, so wear some comfy shoes. They are building a parking garage, which will hopefully help slightly with the parking issues. Parking around the outdoor section of the "luxury brands" mall can be terrible. Most of the lots appear empty, but they are reserved for valet parking. They probably need to build two more parking garages. read more
