This place was fun at first, the first few times i came. Me and my son Dillan, had fun up until this worker talked back to us. We were just having fun in the dodgeball courts, when this little boy was following around me and my son. At first, he was doing no harm, up until he started throwing dodgeballs at my sons head. I yelled at the kid to stop and he would not. The court monitor did not seem to care whatsoever! Eventually my son threw a ball that had accidentally hit him in the head, after he hit my son in the head over 5 times! This is when the court monitor decided it was time for action, I didnt catch a name, but she had wavy/curly hair an black glasses, havent seen her before so she must be a new hire. She comes over to the courts and starts to yell at my son! She says we 'cant throw balls at peoples heads' but she dint say anything when the other kid did! I told her that he were just playing the game, and she started to talk back, saying how she could see us from miles away. Not true one bit! Overall I would not recommend this place at all! Horrible workers, they need to make better selections with workers, place is dirty everywhere, dirty bathrooms, unflushed toilets, and a horrible stench! Place is absolutely disgusting and horrible I do not reccomend! DONT COME HERE! read more

This is our 4th or 5th visit to Sawmill, what a great option for kids indoor entertainment, especially in winter. We have always had a positive experience, check-in can be tedious but once u know the check-in procedure things go much quicker. Don't worry there's plenty of friendly staff to help first timers. Rules can be a little lax with certain staff which makes it difficult to really know the "set rules". When it comes to safety and cleanliness I truly believe Sawmill is doing things right which is why as a parent I don't mind paying their slightly high prices. read more

When you walk indoors staff is at the ready ! They immediately gave us our numbers and socks as we purchased them . They promoted us to the computer to do the waivers since this was our first visit . After everything was done and singed we went to get a table and the kids went to play dodgeball . The staff is always around which is great ! They are watching and not on their phones at all ! It was great seeing them monitor everyone . Truly made a mom at ease. . Everything was cleaned and great environment. Only con; it was super hot and they have these super tiny fans in this big warehouse . It was super humid in there , yuck . read more

Great place, lots of fun for my kids, aged 7 to 15! We signed up for two hours, hoping that would be enough. And it definitely was, as 15 minutes feels like an hour, even to the kids! The only negative, which is a pretty big deal, is that there's no gender-neutral bathroom. There's not even a family bathroom. Well, let me just start by saying I should of spent more time looking over the website before going. I have been to other places like this in the past but I really wanted to do some indoor rock climbing. I am an adult and 6'5" tall. Their rock wall is only about 10 feet tall to begin with and there is a inflated bag beneath it in case you fall. I am used ta auto-belay devices at these places but OK. As I was preparing to figure out how to get across the bag to start climbing one of the high school workers told me I needed to take off my shoes. Now I have NEVER rock climbed without shoes. That is the STUPIDIST thing I have ever heard. Done with that I guess. Decided to try the target jump. Took off my shoes and waited for a small kid who was too scared to jump to finally decide to not go. My daughter went first followed by my girlfriend. When I stepped up to go She told me I needed to have sawmill socks on. After she had just explained I was to land on my butt or back. WHY? The rope course was ok, but the small kids had trouble pulling their safety straps through the paths. All in all, for the 40 minutes we spent there the $90 could have been more fun somewhere else. read more

Christina is the absolute definition of excellent customer service. Always made sure we were aware of what was going on and made it so our son's day was just perfect. Couldn't recommend a better place to have a party/group outing! Not only is the service amazing, the entire building was clean, odorless and full of many different, exciting areas to enjoy. My daughter booked the first birthday party at the Sawmill Trampoline park for my 5 yr. old grandson and what a great time we had! The owners are great! We wanted for nothing, the facility is beautiful and exciting, there are tons of activities for all ages, and the staff was helpful too! I see this becoming a regular stop with our family. I do have to say one thing...I thought an hour jump time was too little before we were jumping...after jumping for awhile I thought we were almost done, but it had only been 15 minutes so nice that our area has something fun to do for all ages, especially for the winter months!
