After showing up at 6:35 to dry the laundry we already washed at home, the manager was heard screaming from her office that no one should be coming in. Mind you, they close at 8pm. I tried explaining that we are only drying and would be out in 30 minutes and she would not hear it and continued yelling. What a great way to be treated as a long time customer; we would have never even come close to closing time. After reaching out to the owner, he was very dismissive and didn't seem to care at all. Doug from Reality Executives, you will continue to lose customers when you have an impersonal manager like that- who also very clearly scares your other employees. No one should ever use the words "I'll get in trouble with my manager" the way your poor employee did. Do better! *After thinking about the situation earlier this evening, I thought it was important to provide additional details about this extremely inappropriate situation. When we arrived at 6:35, we were told it was ok to come in since we were only drying. We had FOUR machines loaded and ready to put quarters in when I heard the yelling but was unsure what that was. The employee that was afraid of her manager then began shouting that we can't be there... over and over and over. It was shocking, uncalled for, and in that moment I was exhausted after working 12 hours and just getting home, and attempted to plea as to why we had to unpack the dryers and take everything out. I kept saying it would only take us 30 minutes and they close at 8. Meanwhile, THERE WAS A WOMAN WITH CLOTHES IN THE WASH STILL. I am still shocked by the blatant disregard for how we were treated and then completely dismissed by the owner. They've lost 4-year customers and quite honestly, they can all go to hell at this point. There is absolutely no reason to treat anyone, especially paying customers, the way we were treated.

Anything you might need can be found in our vending machine, from laundry items like detergent and bleach, to snacks and cold drinks. We have security cameras monitoring the laundry and recording video 24 hours a day for your safety. We're air conditioned in summer, have free WiFi available and have a color television and magazines for your convenience. There are benches outside for smokers and benches plus a table and chairs inside for your comfort. Our building and restroom are ADA accessible. The spoons used to stir the drinks are sitting in dirty water and the milk steamer wasn't being wiped down between drinks. I even ordered mine with oat milk after my friend ordered hers with 2% and it wasn't wiped down in between. Thankfully I don't have an allergy or intolerance. I rarely leave reviews but this was so bizarre.
