A couple months ago, my boyfriend and I were in town from NYC, visiting family, and were driving on the parkway when we hit an unavoidable piece of metal debris that essentially shredded the undercarriage of our 2016 Corolla from front to back. The car was completely out of commission. We needed to be towed, looked up a couple AAA-approved garages nearby, others said it would take days to fit us in, but Fixed Right immediately said bring it in, we got you. By the very next morning, Fixed Right was working lock step with our insurance company to determine the scope of damage (over $8k - eek!) and started repairs right away. The damage was extensive but they finished it in about a week. I was beyond impressed. We could not have asked for a smoother, more efficient process to get our car back in action after such a jarring experience. The Corolla has been driving since like nothing ever happened - in fact, we're about to make the 6 hour drive back to Pittsburgh for Thanksgiving and could not be more thankful and appreciative for Fixed Right Automotive! If we lived local, they would be our go-to mechanic without question, we give them our highest recommendation!!
