She was incredibly helpful, and we ended up being lucky to choose an in stock table and chairs to start out with. Gina helped in the selection of umbrella and with the ordering of matching chair cushions which were custom made. We then ordered a matching counter height table with four chairs and cushions that had the same fabric as the umbrella. The wait was long due to supply chain issues, but Gina kept us updated regularly. When summer of 2022 came, and we still did not have our 2nd table, she cancelled our original order and expedited the same product with another manufacturer. We were able to have the full complement of furniture we wanted on our deck for the celebration of our son's marriage in August. Thanks to Gina!

I must've called six times and got no response. The last time I called I told him that I wanted it back and I would find someone else to work on it. Three days after that, he sends me an invoice for over $500, yet I have still not received the generator. I paid $700 for this generator 8 years ago and he expects me to give him $500 without even speaking to me about anything for the last three months, and not even return returning my phone calls. He should have given me the option to either spend that kind of money on this generator or not. This used to be a good company but it is not anymore. they're communication is not existent, and very unprofessional practices.
