They were very friendly, but after waiting over 1 month for an appointment, my riding mower has a greater problem than before . If you are handy you are better off watching a YouTube video or calling a retailer with questions & then attempt to repair yourself. I strongly believe this is the method Medic Mower uses for things beyond oil changes, blade sharpening, replacing fuel/air filters, & belt replacement. I wish Medic Mower would have told me up front that they did not know how to adjust/fix the steering problem I had on my particular riding mower instead of charging me $220 for simply showing up and creating a new problem that I fixed on my own. read more

Great, knowledge person. Dennis definitely knows his stuff. Had him repair my fairly old toro snowblower which died last season. Not only did he fix the problem, he tuned it up and cleaned the whole machine. Had it repaired just before the winter season last year by another service. They can't compare to Dennis. He is coming back in the spring to tuneup by ride on tractor. Can't say enough about the convenience of a house call, his knowledge and personality. Highly recommend mower medic!!! read more

Had an excellent service on my riding mower..Cleaned deck top and bottom, sharpened blades, reset height system,adjusted discharge chute , changed oil, replaced filter. Now if it will just dry up I can cut my lawn. read more

I have used Dennis of the Mower Medic for repair of my lawnmowers over the years. Great service right at my home, no need for me to lug my machine to a repair shop - Dennis provides mobile service ! This past Fall we had The Mower Medic tune-up our snow thrower for the up coming season. After these two past storms ,my machine worked better than ever. Dennis informed me when he was servicing the machine that mine was set up improperly by the selling dealer - he said you'll see a big difference when you use it this year.
