The esthetician was constantly on her phone (with a person who is hypervigoliant about cross contamination) and had to attend to the locale throughout my session. The treatment was great. The overall spa feel to make you relaxed was missing completely.

I don't know what kind of product she used on me, it's driving me crazy because I cannot even clean up myself!!!! I went there with my friend, and she even asked my friend to blow her own hair so she can help another customer?! Never seen a hair salon like this, and she didn't even apologize afterwards.
