We had a room on the second floor. The room was great, comfortable bed, tastefully decorated. Everything was clean. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was excellent with a menu to choose from as well as a sideboard full of fruits, yogurt with granola and honey, pastries, muffins, and cheese. They offered orange and cranberry juice as well as coffee and milk. It was a very enjoyable stay.

    Breakfast area indoors.

Great overall...staff, location, comfort, culinary breakfasts! Easy access to Historic downtown Bethlehem.

A friend and I stayed here for 2 nights over the 4th of July. We were glad we did. We had a great view of the fireworks as it is up on a hill and we were able to put chairs from the porch on to the lawn to comfortably watch them. It was a bit tricky to find the driveway to drive up to the place but we were able to stop in front to check in and unload luggage. The parking lot was on the side of the place. The biggest downside of staying there was that there is no elevator and it was tough to get luggage upstairs even with some assistance from the manager who helped hold the suitcase. Once that was past, everything else went well. The room was nice with two comfortable beds, a TV and a wardrobe that had an iron and ironing board in it and hangars. The bathroom was a bit small with little counter space but there was a table and chair which worked okay. Breakfast was nice as there were many things around the dining room to choose from such as fruit, breads, and yogurt as well as a menu of three options for a cooked breakfast. The breakfast was very good. I had omelets both days and my friend had a waffle or French toast. Coffee and hot water were available in the hallway all the time which was also nice. There is a nice porch with tables and chairs. It's a pleasant place to stay. I'd stay again.

We've been trying to get to tea at Sayre Mansion for ages. Unfortunately they only offer it on Thursday afternoons, so it's very difficult for those people with full-time jobs. We were finally able to stop by last week and so glad we did! Definitely call plenty of time in advance, as their tea reservations fill up quickly. This tea was amazing. Every detail was perfectly thought out. I love the complimentary glass of champagne that was included. All the sandwiches, scones, and sweets offers were delightful! The 2 servers could not have been any more friendly. The service was absolutely wonderful. We love going to tea but it's even more fun when it's in a historic location. Towards the end, the manager of the inn came out and did a 10 minute introduction about the interesting history of the property, complete with pictures, which we really enjoyed. Everything about this experience was perfect. I look forward to coming back next summer when I'm off!

We had our wedding at Sayre Mansion on 12/11/21 and everything was perfect. The staff was incredible, friendly, so easy to work with, and supported us every step of the way. The mansion was charming and beautiful with so much character. I can't even describe how amazing the food/service was especially for "The Founder's Dinner" which was a 7 course experience for 12 that was spectacular! We really loved this place and can't wait to come back!

Beautiful day at the Sayre Mansion

The conservatory was absolutely breathtaking! However the street noise from the traffic made it impossible to get any sleep.

We have the Hilton Honors app, so check-in was easy, picked our own room, and used the digital key feature on our phone. We got the Queen Suite, which has 2 queen beds, 1 couch, full size fridge, sink, and microwave. The room was spacious, beds seem fresh, and bathroom was clean! Bathroom came with full-size shampoo and conditioner bottles on the shower wall. The water pressure was strong, temperature was perfect- only thing is there was no fan in the bathroom. The stay offers free hot breakfast, which included waffles with various toppings, omelettes, oatmeal, cereal, bread, bagel, fruits, and of course coffee and juice varieties. The dining attendees seemed pleasant and hardworking. Breakfast was available from 6am to 10am on weekends, and 6am to 9am on weekdays. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast both days we stayed, although they didn't change out any items- both days (Sunday & Monday) offered same food items. The facility also has a small gym and inside pool. No outside pool but there was a big fire-pit that stayed lit out in front entrance patio area. The only complaint is that the room walls are pretty thin, so we heard our neighbors' conversations very clearly. Either walls were thin, or our neighbors spoke very loudly. Also heard running and stomping on the hallways throughout the stay. We did stay on the first floor, so maybe it was typical due to high traffic in the lobby area.

Thankfully you can pull up to the hotel and temporarily park there but that can probably accommodate only about half a dozen cars so if it's a busy day, you might end having to lug all your stuff across the street from the garage. The hotel does validate parking which is nice. Breakfast is included which is nice. It does end at 9 AM on weekdays. I thought they had a nice selection of hot foods. There were eggs, bacon bits, sausage, pancakes. My husband went back for more pancakes. There was also hot oatmeal and toppings, not just those cheap instant oatmeal packets. My husband also enjoyed the coffee. Apart from the usual half and half for creamer, they also have oat milk. There was a nice selection of teas for tea drinkers like me. We had a room with a king bed which was fairly spacious. It had a mini fridge, a desk and chair and a sitting area. The drawback about the shower was at the shower "door" didn't actually extend the full length also water squashes everywhere after a shower. My husband also saw an enormous smushed cockroach near the lobby elevator. We arrived relatively late at night due to travel. I called to head to the hotel to let them know that we were going to be delayed and they said to call back if we were even more delayed to avoid being marked as no shows. I was a little taken aback as we had already paid for that night's day and I'd never heard of being marked by a hotel for being a no-show simply for arriving late in the evening. Overall we had a decent stay and would consider staying again. I'm just glad I wasn't the one who saw the smushed cockroach or when it was alive.

Right across the street is a garage where hotel guests park for free with validation. The lobby is wonderful with seating, front desk, breakfast dining area, and an on-site eatery and bar. (The breakfast looked amazing but we can't get up that early.) Pamela and Krishna were exceptional front desk staff that made our stay enjoyable. Our room was large and clean with a great heating and cooling system. There was a problem with the bathroom: The inside door handle was broken. The shower was too small with a strange half-door that even if angled properly, still sent water to the floor. The water remained warm and never got hot. The fitness center isn't much and we passed on the pool and it's milky water. It really looked sickly. Sleeping was great but the major problems occurred on the morning of our departure. Check-out is at noon yet, even with our "do not disturb" sign out, a housekeeper knocked on the door at 10:30 AM while we were sleeping. I think she wanted to make sure we were up to check out on time because she didn't knock on anyone else's door. At checkout, there was no way for me to pick up my girlfriend because six vehicles blocked the small entrance/exit to the property. Even though there's a parking sign for 15 minutes, one SUV remained there for over a half-hour. We will give this property another shot because Hyatt's are usually a step above.

I quickly called the front desk and requested the room to be changed as I had a party of 3 and we would be using the sofa bed. I was given a 2nd room, the second room was also a King Studio. In this room, we went to use the toilet and the bathroom light was out. Again, I called the front desk and I was moved to a 3rd room. The 3rd room was adequate. The hotel rooms are pretty worn down. The quality touch in cleaning and replenishing the room is lacking. The kitchenette did not have any soap or sponges. When we went to eat there were no forks. I went to the front desk to get some plastic ones. The front desk clerk suggested I check the dishwasher. When I opened it was full of plates and the rest of the utensils. I selected this hotel because it was pet friendly and in a good area, however the cleanliness and attention to detail was lacking. Overall, it wasn't the worst hotel I've been at, but the Hilton and affiliate brands have really declined.
