    I wish I had paid more attention to the negative reviews before stepping foot in this Verizon…read morestore. They lure you in with promises of a free phone and a lower bill than other carriers, but it's a trap. The hidden fees are outrageous, and despite assurances that they would be covered, I was told it would take weeks to see that money back. In the end, my bill wasn't even lower than what I was paying with my previous provider. The whole process felt rushed; they had me signing documents so quickly that I didn't have a chance to fully understand what I was agreeing to. And when I went back to try and sort things out, the unprofessionalism was shocking. I was met with what felt like a threatening group of men, making me feel incredibly uncomfortable and intimidated. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place. The deals aren't real, and the customer service is non-existent. I regret not listening to the warnings and hope others can learn from my mistake.

Will definitely avoid this location in the future 1/10/26 0945 Hours : Update / Edited Review: Unfortunately, I need to revise my previous review due to misleading information we received from Herman at the Verizon Indiantown location. Prior to obtaining the iPad, Herman repeatedly told us it would be $3 per month and later stated it was completely free with no monthly charges, only a one-time $40 fee (which we understood, especially since we had already paid $102 upfront). I very clearly asked multiple times,with my husband on the phone,if there would be any monthly payment at all, and he said none. My husband, who has been a Verizon customer for 22 years, specifically questioned this because there is realistically no such thing as a "free" iPad line. Despite this, Herman insisted multiple times that it was free and assured us there would be no ongoing charges. When we later noticed charges on our account, another Verizon team confirmed there is actually a monthly service line fee. Herman then said it should only be $10/month, yet our bill shows $20/month, plus a protection plan that I clearly declined. When questioned, he could not explain the additional charges and seemed to assume the customer already knows Verizon's company policies ,which is not appropriate, especially when costs were never disclosed upfront. We were told a manager would contact us today or by next Tuesday, but so far this remains unresolved. What we believed was a great deal turned out to be misleading, and important details were not clearly communicated in order to complete the sale. This review is strictly about my experience at this location. I'm giving 2 stars because 1 I love T-Mobile and 2 I had two great experiences with 2 employees and 1 not so good employee. My experience getting a new phone yesterday started off bad but ended on an okay note. I am on vacation and decided to upgrade my phone. When I came in there was a girl who was standing by herself on her phone, she did greet us and helped us but she grabbed my phone and started pressing all these buttons to upgrade without even telling me what I was agreeing too. She rushed me through the whole process. I came with my grandma and she had questions about a lot of things and Helen would think it was funny she was asking so many questions and look at me and laugh and make faces about my grandma. I also had questions and was confused. She sat us down at this table that had the worst chairs and continued to set me up. She had told me before I left to turn on my Bluetooth and keep my old phone on my new phone and the apps would transfer. They did however they never uploaded. I went back into the store later that day, she was helping a client and stopped to answer my question as my new phone didn't get the service transferred over from my old phone. She told me it would take time. I then had to come back a third time when my apps wouldn't download, I was told by Julio that I was told the wrong info and that I had to have WiFi for the apps to download instead of just Bluetooth. She had told me the wrong information. It was such a hassle to get a new phone and I felt like I was just commission instead of a customer.     Whet to the store to upgrade my phone and Isabel helped me with lots of patience. Besides the…read moreupgrade I found out I was entitled to a new line for free and $150 rebate. Nice surprise. Then received an email from T-Mobile that actually I was going to receive a $400 rebate because I'm a long standing customer. Even nicer surprise! Had to return to store 2 more times because forgot my Apple password and Andrea and the manager were also very patient and helpful. Love T-Mobile!
