I'll start off saying T-Mobile as a company is awesome! My whole family has T-Mobile and it's been great. We especially love the perks that come with it. This review is strictly about my experience at this location. I'm giving 2 stars because 1 I love T-Mobile and 2 I had two great experiences with 2 employees and 1 not so good employee. My experience getting a new phone yesterday started off bad but ended on an okay note. I am on vacation and decided to upgrade my phone. When I came in there was a girl who was standing by herself on her phone, she did greet us and helped us but she grabbed my phone and started pressing all these buttons to upgrade without even telling me what I was agreeing too. She rushed me through the whole process. I came with my grandma and she had questions about a lot of things and Helen would think it was funny she was asking so many questions and look at me and laugh and make faces about my grandma. I also had questions and was confused. She sat us down at this table that had the worst chairs and continued to set me up. She had told me before I left to turn on my Bluetooth and keep my old phone on my new phone and the apps would transfer. They did however they never uploaded. I went back into the store later that day, she was helping a client and stopped to answer my question as my new phone didn't get the service transferred over from my old phone. She told me it would take time. I then had to come back a third time when my apps wouldn't download, I was told by Julio that I was told the wrong info and that I had to have WiFi for the apps to download instead of just Bluetooth. She had told me the wrong information. It was such a hassle to get a new phone and I felt like I was just commission instead of a customer. I called ahead and drove 30 minutes out of my way because they assured me they had the item I needed. But, when I arrived they did not. They also had absolutely no way of remediating the situation. Terrible inventory and terrible customer service. read more

Whet to the store to upgrade my phone and Isabel helped me with lots of patience. Besides the upgrade I found out I was entitled to a new line for free and $150 rebate. Nice surprise. Then received an email from T-Mobile that actually I was going to receive a $400 rebate because I'm a long standing customer. Even nicer surprise! Had to return to store 2 more times because forgot my Apple password and Andrea and the manager were also very patient and helpful. Love T-Mobile! read more

No manager or owner available. This is the third time I have reviewed this store. The first was a disappointment with employees who know little to nothing. Second visit, the "owner" called me and we met at the store. Finally I got what I needed accomplished with the help of Tom Piorkowski. To good to continue. Yesterday I called the store for the manager and was told not available, so I explained that tech support from T mobile advised me to go to the store and request my customer service claim reports for a insurance claim. I spoke to the same young employee with his cap on backwards, mumbling through the conversation who then stated I could not have the information. He then asked another employee, who did not even address me or the situation and said "no" and turned away. Both rude, uncaring and unprofessional. Isobel provided excellent service today: adding a new line to an existing plan and getting a new phone. I waited 50 minutes for ATT to give me a Number Transfer Pin, and in the meantime, Isobel was patient and did everything she could to make the whole process smooth on her side. She took an extra step to help me set up the new phone and transfer the data. She was knowledgeable and gave us tons of useful information (e.g., international plans, temporary unlocking, etc.). Wow. Terrible experience at this location. When we walked in, one sales person was sitting on her phone while the others were helping customers. After standing around for a few moments, the sales person who was sitting had us walk to back where she was at to get assistance. When I explained that I wanted to upgrade my iPhone for my trip to Europe she immediately told me there was NO difference in the camera between the 12 and 14. She clearly just wanted me to leave so she could go back to doing nothing. I wasn't in the store for 10 minutes before I left. She was NOT willing to help and far from friendly. In fact, she didn't even offer to let me look at the IPhone 14 myself. They just lost my business. read more

I had a wonderful experience at this location yesterday. I was greeted by Nick who was extremely helpful. I purchased a new Iphone 14, Nick answered all my questions and walked me through the buying process. I do not recommend this TMobile store. I just had a bad customer experience and the manager and team didn't seem to care to resolve it. I bought a product from another TMobile store in the area. The product was not opened and I was within a 14 day window of being able to return it. I also spoke with a TMobile rep online that confirmed the store would be able to refund me the $. However, this Jupiter store on Indiantown Rd would not. They insisted I had to go to the original store I bought it from. There was no support from the Manager either. After expressing my frustration and several minutes going back and forth I told the Manager that TMobile may loose me as a customer over this. His response was, "that's good". Really??!!! He also insinuated the Store I originally bought the product from. The Manager said they would not help me because they were a authorized dealer NOT a Corporate Store, and in his words "do things differently (not in a good way) and implied they were unethical,.. then went on to say a bunch of other inappropriate and unprofessional things about them. I left at that moment and immediately went to the original store I bought it from. Let me tell you they couldn't have been more helpful in taking care of my needs. I also followed up with TMobile Customer Service online. They too verified that the store on 903 W. Indiantown Rd should have helped me with the return. They proactively put in a complaint for the problem I had with them. One more comment. Why is it that they had 5 to 6 people in the Jupiter store and couldn't seem to handle one simple request is beyond me. If you live in this area and want a great TMobile store where they take EXCELLENT care of their customers go to the one on PGA Blvd. They are always busy in there but never neglect their customers. They get one star because I can't leave less. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO WITH ANOTHER CARRIER. The Jupiter location I have no problem with. T-Mobile themselves suck!!!!!! The day will come that you will no longer be a customer, that's when your problems begin. I cancelled T-mobile so I could go with another carrier. I was 4 days into my billing cycle and was charged a full month. I spoke to 3 different people during the month. Each gave me a different answer. I was told they would send me a final bill in the mail. It would be pro rated. Then I see they deducted the full amount from my checking account. When I called they pretty much told me tough. Also, T-Mobile America outsources their customer service. I spoke to someone in the UK, also India. read more

We decided to go with T-Mobile because of the unlimited data plans. Monica was amazing at being patient and answering all our questions - and we had a ton! I think she spent a total of about 3 hours across 2 days helping us out. It was a great experience. read more

THEY ARE AWFUL. DO NOT USE TMOBILE. When I switched to T-Mobile from sprint. They tell you they will reimburse your for your final bill. We traded in our old phones and they put a credit on our account for the old phones. My final bill from Sprint was $962. My submission has been denied twice(rep at the tmobile store submitted) from tmobile to get my reimbursement. When I finally called customer care now 3 months later, they tell me that I will not get back 962, but the amount that is left from deducting the trade in on our phones... WOAH WOAH WOAH what?!?!?!?!?!? No one told us that!!! Now here I am about to be taken to collections from sprint for almost 1000 and I will only get back 4 hundred something. NO ONE TOLD US THAT! If I would've know that I never would have switched. And what is worse I was on the phone with tmobile for 2 days, 5 different people told me 5 different things and 5 different people to call. In the end, they told me there is NOTHING they can do about it. WOW! SCREW YOU T-MOBILE! read more
