Our experience at the Jupiter location was excellent. The representative (Rammy) was patient and professional. All data, photos and contacts transferred while we waited. Rammy gave us his card before we left and I had a couple of questions so I emailed him. He ANSWERED at 11pm on a Saturday night - New Years Day! We ended up with two new 5G phones, a new hot spot and now unlimited data for $20 more a month for a couple of years. We will be using this location for all our Verizon needs from now on. read more

I wish I had paid more attention to the negative reviews before stepping foot in this Verizon store. They lure you in with promises of a free phone and a lower bill than other carriers, but it's a trap. The hidden fees are outrageous, and despite assurances that they would be covered, I was told it would take weeks to see that money back. In the end, my bill wasn't even lower than what I was paying with my previous provider. The whole process felt rushed; they had me signing documents so quickly that I didn't have a chance to fully understand what I was agreeing to. And when I went back to try and sort things out, the unprofessionalism was shocking. I was met with what felt like a threatening group of men, making me feel incredibly uncomfortable and intimidated. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place. The deals aren't real, and the customer service is non-existent. Prior to obtaining the iPad, Herman repeatedly told us it would be $3 per month and later stated it was completely free with no monthly charges, only a one-time $40 fee (which we understood, especially since we had already paid $102 upfront). I very clearly asked multiple times,with my husband on the phone,if there would be any monthly payment at all, and he said none. My husband, who has been a Verizon customer for 22 years, specifically questioned this because there is realistically no such thing as a "free" iPad line. Despite this, Herman insisted multiple times that it was free and assured us there would be no ongoing charges. When we later noticed charges on our account, another Verizon team confirmed there is actually a monthly service line fee. Herman then said it should only be $10/month, yet our bill shows $20/month, plus a protection plan that I clearly declined. When questioned, he could not explain the additional charges and seemed to assume the customer already knows Verizon's company policies ,which is not appropriate, especially when costs were never disclosed upfront. We were told a manager would contact us today or by next Tuesday, but so far this remains unresolved. The internet is not any better, cannot stream video properly. Now because 8 I switched carriers on my phone the give attitude and refuse to help me cancel the internet. Stay away from this store. I went in on July 25 to order a new Pixel 7 phone. I wanted to keep the same Verizon deal I had, so the only charge should have been for the new phone (paid off month by month) and sales tax on the phone. I took advantage of a deal for a "free" $150 paydown of my current phone. I paid an additional $57 to make up the difference. The salesman said my bill would go up approximately $8 per month. I asked him five different ways to confirm that once I walked out of there having paid approximately $200, I would be done with new charges except for $8 a month. He said "yes" every time. Then the problems began. 1. The new phone didn't arrive five days later despite being promised that day. OK, no big deal. But couldn't they have called me to advise, instead of letting my friend drive over there for no reason? 2. They didn't tell me about the $35 activation fee for the new phone -- this despite the fact that the old phone lasted only 20 months before malfunctioning (a hardware problem the store told me wasn't worth fixing). 3. They didn't tell me about the $40 data transfer fee for the new phone. 4. They didn't tell me they had added $19 per month in charges for insurance I didn't ask for. I called the store and said cancel the whole deal. They said they couldn't cancel the paydown of my phone because "it's like taking out an auto loan. You can't cancel it once you have it." Really? Not to mention I never got the new phone. Then they said they could cancel if I let the paydown stand. I said OK. They said they would call me in a day or two to visit the store with my credit card to get a partial refund. I never got a call. I went into the store and it took me almost an hour to get them to allegedly cancel the deal. Except they didn't --- I had to call the Verizon 800 number three times to get that done. If I could give zero stars I would - this is not a corporate Verizon store so you will be charged extra fees. Also the salesman, Dylan Street, will deceive and manipulate you. After i upgraded my iPhone 11 to Iphone 13 and my husband bought an Iphone 13 - Dylan said - you can get the BOGO offer - so we ordered two more IPHONE 13 for Christmas - then the Verizon bill came and said I could not upgrade and get a BOGO but Dylan Street did not tell me this - it was HIS idea! i HAVE BEEN ON THE PHONE WITH VERIZON FOR OVER 10 HOURS TRYING TO SOLVE THIS DECEPTION. Went on vacation in WPB, Verizon had a deal of $150 off a watch when you add a line. I went in and traded in my old watch ($180 credit) and got a new watch (the new line,$330). As the guy is putting everything in the computer, well I thought lol, he's explaining that he added everything before removing the old watch that was on the account, so my bill was extra expensive by over $200. He also told me I had to get a hotspot device to get the deal. I didn't get it but wasn't complaining. He told me that it may take till my next billing period for my bill to go back to normal, other than the $45 fee for my watch activation. I ended up spending $117 that day on 'taxes' for the watch and hotspot device, that I didn't even want. I kept checking my account to see if my bill was back to normal, it wasn't. The billing period rolled around and it still wasn't right. So I went to my local Verizon and talked to one of the guys in there. The associate at my local Verizon proceeds to tell me that the guy I spoke with and dealt with added multi device to our account (we already had insurance on our devices), and insurance for our tv's. WITHOUT even telling me. The local associate also informed me that the trade in for my old watch wasn't even submitted. So I never got the credit for that or the deal. And on our acccount it said I owed on my watch and the hotspot device. And the watch should have been paid in full with the promotion and trade in. I'm ashamed the guy at this store had the nerve to scam me. Everything is right with our account now thanks to the local associate here. But I still wouldn't ever go to this store again. read more

I purchased a phone charger for $60 that not only didn't fit my phone but I found it on Amazon (the exact same one) for $20 less! What a rip off! When returning items make sure you have all the box contents, one of the cardboard dividers was missing and they weren't going to give me a refund; only a store credit, which luckily I had but how outrageous it wasn't as if the item was missing parts it was a darn cardboard insert! My daughter's phone died one day before an overseas trip. Went to the Verizon store in Jupiter Fla and Dylan saved the day! Needed a new phone but Dylan made the whole process very easy and I left with a new phone. That evening we had another problem and texted Dylan that I would need to come see him first thing in the morning before leaving for the airport. He responded immediately and worked with us well after hours to get the phone fully functional for the trip. This is service above and beyond anything expected and so refreshing in these times. Additionally, and the worst, they sold me on transferring each line for $250 gift card. I find out afterwards that it's not an I store credit. I would have had to do it online!!! As other reviewers have written, beware that this is an authorized dealer, not corporate that you can find on PGA Blvd. in Palm Beach Gardens. If you have an issue with any products that you have purchased at Cellular Sales, you have no recourse with Verizon, they are NOT Verizon. Be wary of any BOGOS. They manipulate you in to buying additional equipment that you don't need because they say it is included in the "deal". Be aware that the "discounts" and "deals" you do NOT receive upfront, they are given over a 24 month period. So if you decide that you don't like the service you receive from Verizon and wish to cancel, you won't receive credit for the phones that you upgraded from, the BOGOs or anything else they threw in. You end up paying full price for everything including the "free stuff." Additionally, they charge you a set up fee for every piece of equipment included in the "deal" and you will also receive an activation fee from Verizon on the same equipment. You can return equipment within 30 days , but they charge a ridiculous restocking fee to do so. My husband needed to upgrade HIS phone and the sales person, Rammy convinced him into upgrading my phone AND adding 2 "free hotspots" that we had no use for. I called and spoke to him on the phone myself when my husband was at the store, after receiving a notice from Verizon of a $400+ bill. He lied and told me that the bill would be updated and would actually be half of that. When I went in to set up my phone with Rammy and discussing with him that we didn't need the hotspots and that I would just like to pay for my husband's phone outright, that is when the whole truth came out and I was told that if we did that we wouldn't get any of the credits or deals that were promised. The only way you get the credits is to keep a 24 month contract. I told him that we didn't need and wouldn't use the hotspots and he told me it was better just to throw the hotspots in the closet rather than lose the BOGO on the phones. After getting my phone set up, I checked the bill and there was no change in the charges ( I thought there would be since I brought my old phone in.) We ended going back again and stated that we wanted to pay our phones outright and be done with this. Rammy stated that if we did this he couldn't guarantee that Verizon wouldn't charge us $300 or $400 in cancellation fees. I asked if we could have our old phones back and cancel the whole thing and keep our old cellular plan that we had with Verizon. He stated no. We then went to the PGA CORPORATE store and they told us that they could not help us with equipment that was purchased from Cellular Sales (operating as Verizon.) It is very misleading that these stores are permitted to put out signs stating that they are Verizon, when in fact, they are not. Know what you are getting into when you are dealing with "authorized retailers" like this one. read more

Had a bad experience with the store on 335 W Indiantown Rd in Jupiter Florida 37923. They always tell me to go to the Verizon store on PGA Blvd because they can't help me. This is a constant with them. The store on PGA stated that the store in Jupiter are always sending people to their store when they could have help them in Jupiter. The first time I went in yesterday the guy wouldn't even pull up my account information to see if he could help me. He said go to the to store on PGA. I told him that I just got off the phone with Verizon Support 2 hours prior and all I was getting was a virtual assistant. No live agent. My account was suppposed to have been restored. I had paid off my phone yesterday and wanted to switch to my own plan. I went to the other locations and my account was active. The PGA location closed down early so I had to go back to there Jupiter location. I had a bad experience with the sales associate named Tony in the Jupiter location. I explained to him that my phone services was not working after 2 hours of Support stating that it was supposed to be on. He was very rude. He told me to call them and I explained to him that my phone was off and I couldn't make a call at all. I asked if I could use their phone to call Support and he said, "NO" because they don't have anything to do with Support and my phone not working. I asked for a Tech Support number. He wrote it down but I told him I still couldn't make a call. I asked if he could dial the number for me and he said again, "NO". I explained that my phone was my work phone and home phone and that I had no other way to get in touch with anyone. There were witnesses was in the store. Tony was very rude and tried to make it appear that I wanted to argue with him. He would not help me at all. I asked what the store manager's name was for the Jupiter location. He said he couldn't give it out and for me to google the telelphone number to the location. I told him that I was going to report him for his poor customer service. I took a picture of the license# which is 15-33077 and the license holder is Tina Metcalfe. I would not recommend going to the location if you are in desperate need of help.
