Roy at PawPaw is truly amazing and the only person I trust. I came home to a beautiful, clean and better dog than when I left!! We met a couple of weeks before the wedding so Goose and Keelie could get to know each other and we could go over all the logistics. On the big day, we didn't have to worry about Goose at all--Keelie went above and beyond to make sure he was happy and safe. Goose is big and energetic, but with Keelie, he was on his best behavior! Keelie even took adorable photos of Goose throughout the day, which wasn't part of the agreement but meant so much to us. She dropped him off at our Airbnb, gave him another walk, stayed with him until he finished his dinner, and let us know when she left. I originally started coming here for training with Ria when I brought home a new puppy and my other two dogs were not getting along with him. Through her training, all of my dogs have developed the skills they needed. The training is ongoing and I've been able to go at a pace that works for my schedule and budget. I now feel much more in control of my dogs' behavior. All three of my dogs are reactive in different ways and the training has made a huge difference. Ria is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things in a way that actually helps me understand what I'm doing and why. She's also very consistent, which I really appreciate. I've worked with other trainers before, but it never felt like an ongoing relationship where I could ask questions or continue learning like I can with Ria. We've done both individual sessions and group reactivity classes and I love that my dogs get to practice being around other dogs in a structured, non-judgmental environment. I've seen real progress in each of them. One has improved with aggressive and overprotective behavior, another has built confidence, and my third has gained obedience skills and improved socialization. I also use their daycare for my youngest dog and he absolutely loves it. He's been going for about six months now. He comes home happy and tired from physical activity and mental enrichment. The facility is great, the staff are caring, and I love getting photo updates. It's also a big plus that they have grooming services on-site. It gives me extra peace of mind that the facilities are all indoors and they work closely with the vet next door in case of an emergency. I'm really grateful to have found a place that supports both my dogs and me!

Our senior dog is on heart medication, and Robert does a great job in making sure our dog takes his life saving meds. Communication has always been excellent. It also says a lot when Clifford tried to follow Robert back to the facility (instead of me) during a recent pickup. He must have really enjoyed his stay there! Overall, I highly recommend Robert!
