The guy running the lawnmower wouldn't stop, told Me to F-off, in Spanish, I speak fluent Spanish, and pointed the mower outlet My way and flipped Me off. It's sad that people don't have common curtesy. I landscaped with My Uncle when I was a teen. I had over 250 residential, and 6 corporate buildings. If someone walked by and asked Us / Me to turn off Our machines, because of "whatever", We would. We had two tall and large dying pine trees removed, stumps ground not just ground down but below the stump. The owner that gave me the quote is a Certified Arborist and he was here with his team to do the work with his own equipment vs rental. When I got the quote he took the time to notice tree health issues all the others missed which we already knew about and made great suggestions and offered several options beyond what we asked for that only someone with that experience would know and we had him do the incremental work at a very reasonable price. When they left, you would never know they were here other than the missing trees. The clincher was my wife who hired them was very particular and left after they were mid way to run some errands. Jose asked if she could return before he left to approve the work. I wasn't necessary but a nice touch. I had my wife return to see the finished work even though she was satisfied before.
