I hired them for my 50th birthday party for over 70 people and when the guest count kept rising, Carol was very professional to work with every step of the way, helping me with the little details. Ben and his amazing team arrived on time and knew exactly what to do to set up in the best spot possible for picture taking, lighting, etc...I could hear Ben in the kitchen giving the staff instructions on presentation, cutting skills and I was very impressed with his level of perfection and eye for detail that went into every appetizer platter that was served. The staff was so knowledgeable regarding the food and very kind to all the guests. The paella's were the star and Ben encouraged photos and chatted with all the guests about the process, ingredients and his time in Spain. All the food was so delicious and everyone raved that it was the best they had ever had!
