It even started with the call for making the appointment. The young lady in the office (and, being old and senile, I don't remember her name) who makes the appointment calls and answers the phone is a real asset. The tone she sets with her cheerful and pleasant attitude sets the tone for the call, and creates exactly the first impression that any business wants their customers to experience. Then, when Keegan shows up to do the service call, he is pleasant, explains everything that he's doing, and then proceeds to do it well. I highly recommend this company for HVAC needs. They sell Carrier's top line of products on down to other moderate systems based on your needs. They have an annual service contract worth signing up for that gives you free semi-annual check ups, priority emergency service, and discounts on some things. I am glad they serve southern Wakulla county now since that's where I am now. I really appreciate the long drive it takes for them to get to a loyal customer.

Suspicious business practices. Our AC blower was acting inconsistently and malfunctioning. The inspection took less than 15 minutes and they charged $150. The technician did not even look at the outside fan of the unit. We were told that we needed a new blower engine totaling just under $3,000. The technician told us we could call the office to talk about financing options (as advertised on their website). Upon calling the office, the owner said that there were no financing options available. We decided to continue with the service and pay the amount in full upon completion. Despite having been told that payment is due upon completion of the repair, when the technician arrived, he stated that we would need to pay before he installed the new system, per the owners, because we were "wishy washy" on the phone. I asked the technician to leave my home as we would not be paying for a service before it was completed and tested. The behavior of this company and the owners is suspicious and unacceptable and would not recommend them to anyone. Although the lack of financing was disheartening, the greater issue here is the inadequate diagnostic inspection and their demand for payment before beginning, installing, and testing the system.
