I love that the shower nozzle doesn't require you to hold the trigger down and it's just a simple push up and down on the back of the nozzle. My hands ache and hurt if I grasp something for too long so this helps minimize the pain I feel and allows me to hold the nozzle longer. This location also has a dryer you're able to use along with towels. I normally bring my own shampoo and conditioner for my dogs but they do provide soap in the included price. There's different levels for different prices which include different soaps but I stick with the $10 wash. The staff is always friendly and I've never had an issue with the self service facility. However some people may think you work there, I've gotten asked a couple of times haha. I believe this location also has a grooming service station in the back by professional groomers. Overall, I'll be back to this location!

At first, I was skeptical about paying to wash my own darn dogs but it was such a better experience than hosing my dog down in the yard. The front staff was great at checking in to see if I needed anything or had any questions - they all were super friendly and even offered to hang onto my dogs while I pulled up curbside in the car to keep the dogs dry in the rain! Total charges is now $67. When booking, there is an alert that says "Prices may vary by store, breed, coat condition & service time. A surcharge applies to all grooming services Friday through Sunday." That surcharge is equal to the higher rate. So either, they have increased the window from Thursday to Sunday, or their system is not accurate. When I called into the store, they said that it's a "holiday weekend" as such the surcharge applies. Today is Thursday. April 2nd. My company has switched to a "full transparent" fee guide. Meaning every possible fee we can charge is 100% listed on all our sites. No where does it say on Petsmart site that there are "Holdiay" surcharges. In fact, the only mention of surcharges is on Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Again, today is Thursday.
