Although I did not get any services at this shop they were honest with me about what they could and couldn't do, they did give me some recommendations of what to do and where to start and some estimates if I didn't to go with them. They also gave me a note for my employer in regards to the condition of my car! They seem like a very reputable place, if I need services in the future that they can accommodate I would definitely consider going to their shop. The workers were very pleasant, knowledgeable and didn't make me feel awkward in any way! They were very transparent and nice and that's really hard to find in a mechanic shop nowadays ESPECIALLY as a woman so I thank them for their kindness, straight-forward advice and pleasantries.

I have returned to Randall's now for nearly 15 years because I have never had a bad customer experience there. The staff is beyond knowledgeable and are so honest with you. They're a business for sure but they never try to upsell or overcharge you. I've compared their prices for years, and they have remained competitive. So everything else is gravy, and it's a lot. I trust Randall's for every single service and maintenance need for every vehicle I've owned in NC (1 sedan and 2 SUVs). And if they ever run into something they can't fix or believe you should bounce to another spot for a fix, they honestly tell you and reco great places. Randall's gets you back on the road without breaking your bank. 10/10. Can't reco enough.

Even got an oil change along with it. I was very impressed. Treated my vehicle as if it was their own. I definitely appreciated that. Will definitely be reaching out for more services.

Horrible experience. Do not recommend. My boyfriend and I called around searching for a black owned…read morebusiness for my car to be serviced. We needed to get my window regulator replaced before the snow storm to Greensboro 1/30. I was originally quoted on my invoice $130-150 or so for them to fix my window regulator and was told my diagnostic would be free. Mind you, we stated that the window motor was completely fine. After paying $70 deposit, my appointment was 1/30 at 4:00pm. The mechanic, which I believe is his partner, showed up late after having to be called. No contact on their end stating they are running behind. Once he arrived LATE, he arrived with the incorrect part. He purchased a motor and not a window regulator. Then proceeded to check the motor asked if I wanted it changed and I stated, no I don't because mine is working fine, I only need my regulator replaced. He proceeds to open up my drivers door panel to check and as I stated before, the window regulator broken and motor still intact. After consulting with his partner, they tell me that it's going to be more money than original quote and that it could be fixed same day or the next day in the morning. Again, my window is stuck open and it's supposed to snow in Greensboro starting that night. So I opted to get my window fixed the same day and sent $80 as an additional fee they said we have to pay. He said he will be back by 6:00p, with the correct part. I waited and waited. No call again. By 6:40p, my boyfriend calls and asks what's going on, he says that he can come the next day and some other stuff about me needing an oil change. Let's not forget, I said I got that done the day before, so we kindly asked for a refund. He says that he would keep $50 of the $150 because he ran diagnostic, which again was not needed and was offered by him for free. He stated because we didnt get the service , it isn't free and added $25 more because his mechanic drove to us. Refund was supposed to take 3 business days and after those 3 days, I waited an extra day to call and ask about said refund. No answer but was sent various text but not my money. Another call was made and finally got in contact with them and got an notification of a refund but it was later canceled. I have not received any of my money or communication regarding the unprofessional service experience. Would never recommend this "business".

I need to change my review and give AAA 5 stars. They called…read moreme last week and after talking with Troy we came to an agreement and they are addressing all of the issues to get my car back on the road. They were responsive to my concerns and I appreciate them listening to me and working together. This is a place I will definitely go back in the future. In December 2025, I had my CV joints replaced, and an oil change completed at this location. However, two weeks later, I noticed an oil leak, and I was informed that the valve cover gasket needed to be replaced, with an estimate of approximately $1,000. Upon starting the repair work, I was contacted and informed that in addition to the valve cover gaskets both valve covers also required replacement, causing the estimated cost to nearly double. Although I expressed concern about the increased charges and asked if we could stop the work and put it back together as I was considering selling the car soon, I was told that the work had already begun and could not be stopped at that point. Reluctantly, I approved the additional repairs, bringing the total cost to nearly $2,000. When I picked up my car I asked if the original valve covers were defected. I was told that this problem is common in the Honda Odyssey but I was only told only after the work was started not before. Why they did not tell me all of this during the estimate and give me time to consider investing the money into a new vehicle rather than after the money was already spent? If they did I would not have fixed my car but rather purchase a new one. The costs and repairs did not stop there. Just a few days after the repairs were completed, I noticed more oil on my driveway, and the check engine light illuminated. My vehicle was subsequently towed to AAA Car Center, where I was informed of a solenoid gasket oil leak, , as well as a power steering fluid leak. Additionally, the diagnostic scan revealed six trouble codes associated with the check engine light. I was later told that it is not uncommon for a new leak to appear after gaskets are replaced because of the increased pressure. I asked why they not told me this possibility at the time of the repairs, as they knew I didn't want to spend endless money on the car and would have decided to stop the repairs. The gentleman said, "if I told my customers this, they would not do the repairs, and we would not have business". At the beginning I just asked for honesty and transparency but I truly feel I was taken advantage of once they started the repairs, as they knew they had me in a position that I could not turn back from and the bill kept increasing. While I was advised that the oil leak should be addressed immediately, I was told that the remaining issues could wait. Given that I had expressed my intention to limit expenses, as I was considering purchasing a new vehicle, I brought my car home. I have spent $3000 in 2 months, and I have a car I cannot drive. I sent an email to complain but no one reach out.

They also have maps and other services of course, and this location includes a mechanic shop but I don't know what level of services they offer - I know they do tires and oil changes, plus inspections and checking things like warning lights.
