Hector was the gentleman that gave me the quote and did the work. He was super nice, they did a full sprinkler system install in 1 day. He showed me how to use the app, adjust the heads, and they put down grass seed when done. Also they accidentally cracked one of my blue stones but they replaced it within a few days of the job. The sprinkler system works great so far. Looking forward to using it this fall and next spring.

When they activated the my sprinklers earlier this season, they told me that I needed a new filter--when the service person realized he didn't have the part in the truck, he told me that I actually don't need the filter replaced. So did I not need it, or were you just trying to uncharge me? Or do I actually need it, and you never took the time to come back and fix it?

Since then they have come back to make a few adjustments and again, excellent service all around and their pricing is more than competitive. I'm able to control my sprinklers through my phone so watering is exceptionally easy. The system also compensates the watering schedule using weather and precipitation data so it runs more economically than a system with a simple rain sensor. Getting an appointment is easy. They always arrive promptly and are more than willing to accommodate their customers in any way possible. Since I have them, they only show up to turn the sprinklers on and off. I've had "only" them and my lawn has constantly died due to poor sprinkler types and lack of water getting to certain areas. Sprinkler care and lawn treatment seem to be horrible in Bergen County. You have to receiving a communication from this company is nice to know that they monitor these posts however when you turn a sprinkler system on it is customary to check the sprinklers for proper condition and if if they are doing the proper job not just turn it on and walk away from it. I would not have lost my lawn this year if my sprinkler company had my best interest at heart and checked each sprinkler head and the placement and the coverage they were supplying not just turn the sprinkler on. This past time when I requested that they come out they had to replace several heads and adjust locations that the sprinklers were supplying water to. That tells me that when they came out a few months ago they did just what the woman said was turn the system on and walk away and didn't check anything and for over $100 that's not good service I would hope that they change the way they service my property. It seems that they are very comfortable with a DISGRACEFUL three star rating rather than trying to earn more stars and be more considerate of the customer. Now I look and the three replaced heads are refurbished and not new new heads that I paid over three hundred dollars for. These pictures represent the failure of what I paid for and did not get. My neighbor has "no" sprinklers and his lawn is near perfect. Unfortunately the company is run from the office and no one monitors the worker's performance. The Proof Is in the finished product!

I wish Thom was in business when we installed our system 30 years ago. Unfortunately ours was installed by a man who had no clue and Thom managed to correct some flaws! As far as the review by ANNIE -the only way you get a leak is when you don't winterize the system properly! O THOSE LAWS OF PHYSICS-just can't fool them!!!! It always bugs me when people have NO CLUE how things work but way too fast to put a blame on anyone but themselves!!! I too winterize my system myself and I do it properly , even though due to poor initial installation many of my pipes already found their way to the surface I don't get leaks. So, Annie, your husband did a CRAPPY job, just admit it!

I made a mistake when winterizing our system the first year and we did have a leak when the new season began. So my wife called this company to come out. We admitted fault and were willing to pay the fees to fix it. Of course Thom was upset because we didn't call him to winterize our system. All he had to do was fix the issue, we were willing to pay, and just tell us verbally the system is fixed. Instead he had a big attitude and was just real nasty to my wife which I did watch later on from my high definition cameras I have placed all around my house. I am just wondering if I was standing there if he would of been so tough like he was to my 5 foot 1 inch wife. I am about two years late on this review but I just caught up. Sofie M, should just shut up honestly and not write fake reviews. Either she is Thom's wife or his side piece. I am not trying to make Thom go out of business here by any means, but in the future you shouldn't talk down to customers that are willing to pay, especially women that our trying to handle the business on their own.
