The office is beautiful and serene, very relaxing and reassuring that this was a top notch practice. The staff was attentive and kind, as if they could feel my apprehention. Dr Heil listened to my every word, answered my questions, and explained the process in detail- prior to the procedure and through recovery. I was given an estimate and said I would "think about it." Well, I just couldn't do it. What would others think of me? How could I function while healing? What "if" something went wrong, etc Fast forward to May 2025- I made another consultation appointment and met w Dr Heil again- this time I was ready! Again, he explained in detail what to expect before, during, and after. We scheduled for December because that was a slow time for me at work and it would be easier for me to stay home during the healing process. Yes I was scared, but I did it, and could not be happier! The photos are taken day 38 after surgery, and it keeps getting better! In addition to removing the appearance of hooded eyes, I can literally see SO much better! The world is brighter and bigger. I didnt know how severely my vision was being affected. It took me several years to get the courage to have the blepharoplasty, (I had upper and lower), but I am very happy I chose Dr Heil @ Premiere, the care I received was beyond all expectations. Dr Heil revised my Tummy Tuck scar to the finest THIN white scar that was nearly undetectable ! No more covering up the insecurities that I had felt. But my husband is very ill and the receptionist Sandy was rude and didn't care I drove from hospital to drop off wrong product that was ordered. I also went to give tip to our hairdresser Jules. She kept saying they closed at 4 pm.. I didn't know that since website was wrong and my husband was in hospital. I would never treat a customer like she did! I was always brought up to treat people with respect.

I have explored hair restoration options through various tools and outlets (Rogaine, Propecia, biotin supplements, laser bands, etc.). Hair loss is frustrating for anyone, but unfortunately looking at credible outlets and resources is very difficult. The Hair Club in South Side was really phenomenal from the intake process to the eventual installation and maintenance. They are extremely communicative and hospitable, and do an assessment to offer you a variety of options to consider. The professionalism is obvious from the technology and tools they use, to how they triage follow-ups. I felt at ease about making such an investment, and appointment times were typically very convenient. I was also very impressed by the stylists they use. They provide you with a lot of background and tips to maintain your hair. Listening to their thought process regarding installation and maintenance (even talking about the chemical reactions/bonding process) was very refreshing and transparent. The other thing to realize is that once the piece is installed, there is maintenance with the Hair Club and self-maintenance. I had an issue with my first piece coming out of alignment, and they were very quick to follow-up and make sure my needs were met. At the follow-up, I needed to have the hair re-set, and I mentioned how the hair was a little bit lighter than my hair. The stylist responded that she agreed, and prior to me asking this she was actually in the process of dying it. They're very keen and perceptive, and they were excellent about reassuring me throughout the initial hiccups. I encourage anyone who is considering this to go into a consultation and try--the entire staff has been extremely pleasant to work with and I am very pleased with the decision.

I was never told when I was there the first time that this was required to buy from them only. Carol was abrupt and rude on the phone.
