As many others approaching their 50-60s, I was unhappy w my hooded eyes. I no longer saw my upper eyelid while putting on make up. I looked tired and angry all the time. When I smiled, my eyes were reduced to small slits. I decided in 2019 to have a consultation at Premiere. The office is beautiful and serene, very relaxing and reassuring that this was a top notch practice. The staff was attentive and kind, as if they could feel my apprehention. Dr Heil listened to my every word, answered my questions, and explained the process in detail- prior to the procedure and through recovery. I was given an estimate and said I would "think about it." Well, I just couldn't do it. What would others think of me? How could I function while healing? What "if" something went wrong, etc Fast forward to May 2025- I made another consultation appointment and met w Dr Heil again- this time I was ready! Again, he explained in detail what to expect before, during, and after. We scheduled for December because that was a slow time for me at work and it would be easier for me to stay home during the healing process. Yes I was scared, but I did it, and could not be happier! The photos are taken day 38 after surgery, and it keeps getting better! In addition to removing the appearance of hooded eyes, I can literally see SO much better! The world is brighter and bigger. I didnt know how severely my vision was being affected. It took me several years to get the courage to have the blepharoplasty, (I had upper and lower), but I am very happy I chose Dr Heil @ Premiere, the care I received was beyond all expectations. BEST decision I ever made. From scar revision surgery { from another PS } I thought I would just have to " live with ",....Uhhhh,...no! .... Dr Heil revised my Tummy Tuck scar to the finest THIN white scar that was nearly undetectable ! No more covering up the insecurities that I had felt. Later that year I had that same thin scar needled after it fully healed to white and it appears is as if I had never had a surgical scar at all...vanished. Didn't deal with the doctor, but staff are uncourteous and rude. You could hear them trading barbs at one another in the hall, complaining about their work. PA was more interested in obtaining gossip about my issue than actually treating it. Very unprofessional and didn't give the impression of being knowledgeable or qualified. Hard pass. read more

I had a consultation done for a procedure at the South Hills location with An(drea). We did talk on the phone prior to my visit. I appreciated that she made multiple attempts to get in touch with me, since most places just leave a message and then forget all about you. When I arrived I was given an iPad by the lady at the front desk. It took me a few minutes to enter all of my personal and medical information before I had the consult. Make sure to have lists of medications, phone numbers, lab results and such with you when you go to speed along your process. Drea was able to tell me exactly how the procedure I was interested in was conducted, how long it would take and possible side effects as well as the type of equipment that would be used. I never seemed rushed and had plenty of time to ask any questions I had. She is honestly one of the nicest people I have ever met. She has the friendliest disposition and I think anyone would feel comfortable with her performing any type of procedure. I ended up visiting the Wexford location to have said procedure done since that is where it is performed. The ladies that I encountered up there were also very nice, they seem to have q great work environment and it also makes the clientele feel relaxed and at ease. I was so happy with my visit that I will be going back to have a couple more things done. I highly recommend this Med Spa to anyone looking to freshen up how they look or feel better about themselves. read more

Acqua Blu is located on Rt. 19 next to Ethan Allen Furniture just north of Wexford. I have only visited a couple times, but I am already in love with this place. I see Toni for microdermabrasion and she does a fabulous job. The treatment begins with a cleansing, gentle exfoliation, a vitamin rub, facial mask, steam treatment and a hand, arm and shoulder massage. I don't believe that microdermabrasion is meant to be relaxing. However, the treatment rooms are comfortable (though very small). You have the option of removing whatever clothing you would like, but since she does a shoulder treatment, it's a good idea to get those bra straps out of the way. And the shoulder and arm massage is wonderful! She also keeps the room fairly dimly lit, but of course, sometimes you have the bright glaring facial light on your face. Microdermabrasion is painless. They use a bristle-tip head to lightly "buff" the skin, which gently lifts away dead skin cells. Directly after treatment, your skin may look a bit pink or flushed, but this has never happened to me. The building itself is beautifully decorated. Lots of treatment rooms. They don't really push to try to sell you any products. And they only mention selling you treatments when they are having special pricing. And by doing that, they are doing you a favor. read more

Drea has done pico treatments on my face & the results are amazing! My age/sun spots were so bad, I wore heavy make up all the time, now I only wear sunscreen. I can't say enough good things about Drea, I love her! She is so sweet, explains everything, I feel like she's a friend now. read more

I never do this but I just left premiere plastic surgery/aqua blue and had an awful experience. A year ago I had a procedure called profound performed. Not only was it incredibly painful, but instead of two week recovery it easily took me six weeks. And I thank God every day that we were wearing masks. My skin was ruined. I have dark spots and hyper pigmentation . I have what looks like acne scarring now on what used to be smooth skin. I have tried Lightning creams,, I have tried the pico procedure... I have listen to and paid for and done everything that was suggested and waited a year plus before posting. The firming along my jowls neck is worse than ever. I would never ever ever recommend this procedure. Today I sat there for over an hour, 30 minutes with numbing cream on my face because they were going to perform a pico treatment on me to try to lighten the pigmentation issues. After sitting there for that long I was told that it would not be a free treatment and I would have to pay $650 for something that didn't work the first time. I left. And probably will never return read more

Showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment. Waited 50 minutes in the room , where no one EVER stopped in to see me. Left, after 50 minutes and planned to fuss at the receptionist, but she wasn't there. Still got charged $75 for a consultation. Once you get past the unfriendly receptionist, you will have a good experience. I've been there several times for appointments and she is not the least bit welcoming. Always asks you to wait, even though she is not taking care of another patient/client or phone call. Actually enough of an unfriendly experience to make me go elsewhere for treatments. Dr Heil is a miracle worker in my opinion. My daughter had a cyst on her face that a dermatologist injected and destroyed the skin on her face. After around 6 surgeries she was left with a large purple scar. We went to Dr. Heil and after one surgery you can not even notice her scar! The office and staff was amazing and got my daughter and myself through a horrible time with amazing results. I have always wanted a tummy tuck and I have an appointment today, I would never trust anyone else!! read more

Fine if you are ok with only working with the PA. I had an appointment with him that went very well. Had a follow up appointment with Dr. Busquets, but she apparently didn't find it necessary to show her face and just sent the PA in again. I had a small derm punch done on my face, by the PA. The stitches appeared to be falling out the evening of the procedure. I called the answering service that evening, no one ever called me back. I called back the next day, they told me that was "normal". The stitches were completely out by the following day...they were supposed to be for 7 days, they were in for not even 3. I called to cancel my appointment to have my stitches removed and the receptionist was very concerned about the experience I had and that she wanted someone to call me, as they "take great pride in their service." That was about 4 weeks ago, still waiting on that call. LOL Total Joke.... read more

The dermatologist I saw was great. The problem was that the office has no idea how to handle insurance. I asked before my appointment if my insurance was accepted and I was told yes. While in the appointment the doctor wanted to perform a procedure. She assured me that my insurance would cover it. They did not accept my particular insurance and the procedure was not covered so I was left with several hundred dollars in bills when I expected everything to be covered. When I called the office and spoke with the manager, she instructed me to call my PCP and have them back date a referral, which is insurance fraud. Even though the doctor was great I cannot go there again due to the financial problems. read more

Excellent. The staff is so nice and helpful. They're with you through any procedure. They'll get you in as soon as possible and take all things with a serious medical standpoint. I had rhinoplasty there with Dr. Brian Heil and could not be more happy with the results. My follow up checkups were good and they asked me if I was satisfied and offered to fix things if I wasn't. Dr. Brian Heil and his staff are friendly, informative, easy going & down to Earth, yet very professional. Dr. Heil spent a long while explaining the procedure, asked multiple times if I had any questions and made sure that I knew and understood exactly what was going to happen step by step, and what the potential risks were. Most surgeons in my experience only briefly discuss the risks, minimize them as much as possible, and talk more about the benefits. Dr. Heil did not do that, he explained the risks at length, took the time to reveal everything that could possibly go wrong. His confidence and experience however reassured me that I was in good hands. He also made it extremely clear that if anything did happen to go wrong for whatever reason, that he and his staff were always available, and that he would be there to fix any potential problems at no additional cost. If you would happen to require more surgery the only cost you may had to cover was that of the anesthesiologist. Since Dr. Heil had the very same procedure done on himself, he showed me how well his own procedure came out, and how minimal his own scarring was. One thing that I feel it necessary to express to anyone who may read this review is that although Dr. Heil's practice isn't a psychiatric facility, I was amazed at how well Dr. Heil and everyone on his staff knew and understood the psychological aspect of having such a procedure done, and went beyond just the physical procedure in their explanations to show a deep and sincere empathy and understanding. Dr. Heil knew why you were there in the first place wanting to have the procedure done, and even discussed his own psychological experiences with the same issue. My consult was in late April of 2018, and was operated on less than 2 weeks later in May of 18! After surgery their nursing staff called multiple times just to ask how I was, and if I was having any issues. I am as of this review I am nearly 8 months post-op and the experience has been life changing. I am very pleased with the results and with the care I have received from their office. I had a minor issue once the swelling went down, I was a tad uneven, nothing really noticeable to anyone but myself haha, but they brought me into the office several times to treat that with an injection that did fix the issue. Dr. Heil had said that he was confident the injection would work, but I was reassured that if it didn't they would do whatever is necessary to fix the issue. So, this was my experience thus far! I have read a few negative reviews and wanted to say that my experience couldn't have been more positive! read more

as a registered nurse and seeing many of doctor heil's patients throughout the years, i had no doubt what surgeon i wanted to consult with for my breast augmentation and tummy tuck. he is great at what he does and will give his honest feedback on what he thinks would look good and natural on your body type, which i appreciated. i can't thank him enough for the great job he did on my breasts and tummy. during my healing process, i was very cranky; i couldn't wait to get back to my normal routine. doctor heil continued to remain patient and kind with me even though i was less than desirable to be around. most of the staff at premier had procedures there themselves so they were always there for me to lend support when i needed it. i huge thank you to renee for always getting back to me so quickly. being on the patient side of things and not being the nurse, gave me a different perspective and the entire experience was one i would recommend to anyone. i want to extend a big thank you to doctor heil and his entire staff for their exceptional compassion, professionalism, and care. never doubted you, only reinforced what i already knew to be true. doctor heil, he is among the best in the business. read more
