She took the time to understand my skincare routine, concerns, and goals, then recommended adjustments where needed. I eventually purchased a package of three microneedling sessions with PRP. I was nervous because I have a low pain tolerance and, ironically, I'm not great with needles, but Alexa made the entire experience so comfortable. During every session, she was reassuring, calm, and gentle. She made sure I had calming gas to help me relax and continuously checked in to see if I was comfortable or needed a break. Alexa also explained everything she was doing, from adjusting the needle depth to targeting specific areas with PRP based on my skin concerns. Dr. Angell doesn't care about making money off of you. She cares about your aesthetic goals, and the best way for you to achieve them, even if it would mean a loss for her. I went in initially for a lip flip and forehead Botox, and she essentially said she could do it, but I'd get the best results from a lip lift, which is surgical and permanent. Every other clinic I went to told me that I'd need 4-8 units for the flip and 1.5-2 vials of filler to get the results I wanted, which is just an obvious cash grab. Dr. Angell and her staff actually listened to me, understood what I wanted, and didn't try to oversell me on anything. That was enough to cement that this is the place for me. There are so many other reasons to love this place. The decor is tasteful, it's always clean, the staff is SO nice, and my results are always perfect. I've had issues with Botox migrating in the past, and that has NEVER happened here. I've also never even bruised, even when I decided to dabble in lip filler. It also doesn't feel like you're in a sterile doctor's office (even though you technically are in a doctor's office), and I feel like I'm just talking to my friends. The last thing I'll touch on is my incredibly horrible needle fear. I know it's strange to get injectables when you have a full-blown panic attack getting your flu shot, but I'll tell you, these people take CARE of you. My first appointment, I was literally sweating, crying, and on the edge of passing out, but they literally held my hand throughout and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. I know it seems silly, but I've never felt more supported in a medical setting. The laughing gas doesn't hurt either, but I'm so comfortable there now, I don't even need it and don't cry! So, it's a little bit of exposure therapy tossed in as a freebie! I know this is long, but I could seriously go on forever about how amazing this place is. If you try it out, you will end up with amazing NATURAL results. I'll close it off with a story. I seriously won a bet at a dinner party when a gal who was talking about celebrities with cosmetic enhancements said, "Everyone who gets stuff done is so obvious. I can tell immediately." I mentioned that work is only obvious when it's bad, but good work is something you'd never notice. I bet her that she couldn't tell who had gotten anything done at the table. She guessed the people with obvious work, but I wasn't on her list. She said, "You just look young because you have great skin." I literally had to show her my receipts to prove it. Part of me thinks she still doesn't believe it, but that's the kind of practitioner you want in your life.

What was most disappointing was the customer service. When someone is investing significant money into a hair system, they should feel comfortable speaking up when something isn't right without worrying that they'll be dismissed as a client for having legitimate concerns. We gave them multiple opportunities to address the problems, and we would have much rather seen them stand behind their work and work with my husband to resolve the situation. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. Based on the quality issues, lack of accountability, and the way the situation was handled, we cannot recommend Elite Hair Solutions.

Honestly outstanding work . I first researched scalp micro when after my first hair transplant I had some scaring and heard of more people getting "smp " done to cover and mask the scars . Just as getting my first consult about hair transplants I was as if not more nervous about getting a consult for having my scaring covered up , in fear that they might reject me or tell me it cant be done . But I set one up and all my worries were thrown away when I spoke to J . He assured me it was a simple task and that i was in great hands and he will take care of me. I trusted him and knew he was a true professional at this art . Within one session I was blown away at how undetectable the scaring was and how natural the pigmentation looked (like a clean shaved scalp) . I was clearly and throughly prompted with a detailed after care instruction about what to and what not to do . J covered all the steps and left no room for error . It is true perfection what he did . All I needed was one more session ( 2 sessions total ) to cover the scaring and fill in what little marks were left and I came out confident and secure at the finished product . I would wear hats or leave my hair very long to cover the scaring but now I'm able to get the bald fade that I want without any imperfections showing . I can only imagine how amazing people feel when they use this practice to achieve their old hairline back , and I can assure you J is the man for all of it ! I never thought I had a good option for my hair loss. I found out about SMP from a family member who was training under John Chandler. After seeing several amazing before and after pictures I decided to do some research. After finding nothing but great reviews, I decided to make an appointment and see it in person. I had such a great first impression. John is a very personable and professional guy and made me feel comfortable immediately. He is very open and honest about the procedure and took the time to answer all of my questions. After seeing how realistic the treatment looked in person, I decided to go for it. I found SMP through Google then set up an appointment with John. At first I was nervous coz I don't know what would happened lol but after talking with John I fell comfortable to do the Scalp Pigmentation and I got to say it was the best decision I made to go with them. I've been going about every 2 weeks consistently (30 minutes per session) and have had approximately a 90% reduction in the initial area I started with. The follicles remaining have substantially reduced in size. Hair growth is often hormonally based and varies person-to-person. When I asked how long I would have to attend, Roshni was very clear she couldn't guarantee me any specific outcome and that it was based on my body's response. That had proven to be true and I appreciate her candor. Roshni has always answered all questions honestly (both in a phone consultation and in the months we've worked together). I would recommend Roshni for anyone interested in electrolysis. It's different and slightly more painful than laser, but the results speak for themselves.
