The staff does a great job of keeping the customers safe. Everyone wears a mask, clients and staff. Sanitizer, gloves being worn, temperature checks when you come in, very cool the way they're taking care of everyone. But to be honest I've been going here for over 20 plus years and there customer service is awesome, they treat us like family. Debbie and Gary have always made sure, we the customer are always taken care of. I've been to other hair salons going back years and believe me when I say you get what you pay for. The best hair available from all over the world and with hair you want it to look real not fake, I go every 3 weeks, but everyone's needs are different. I had a consultation appointment earlier this week with Dana. My consultation was scheduled for 1.5 hours, I was told the appointment was extended because extensive research was done on my case and there was a lot of ground to cover. My appointment lasted 43 minutes and was a sales pitch from the moment I sat down. Once we get into Dana's office, she begins explaining what products are recommended for me based on what I provided in my questionnaire. I was recommended a red light helmet and a hair kit totaling over $2,000 to start. When I asked if there was more to the consultation than the sales pitch I was told that no diagnosis could be made. I wasn't looking for a diagnosis but at no point during my consultation was I asked where were my affected areas, there was no looking at my follicles to confirm if I had any follicles that could be restored by the products being recommended, I was not asked about my regular hair routine or any factors regarding the health of my hair or scalp, nothing. When I asked if I was going to have my scalp examined, Dana explained that scoping was not a regular part of the consultation but that I could be scoped if I wanted it. I told her I wanted whatever the consultation protocol was. I was not scoped during the consultation. It was explained to me that scoping would happen after 12 months of product use to see if any progress was made during the 12 months. But if no pictures were taken during the appointment how can you compare later. If photos are taken later in the process that was not explained to me. In the end, Dana talked for most of the 43 minute appointment and I walked out of the consultation appointment sad and completely disappointed. Time is of the essence when dealing with hair loss and that was a huge waste of time that I cannot get back. Also, Dana did let me know that she did contact the manufacturer to determine that she needed to confirm whether I am in the early stages or hair loss or later stages. That was the extent of the tailored research done prior to my appointment and my response was used to determine exactly what products for me to buy. read more

What Deborah said is total BS. I waited to complain about the cut in after going back for a recut a week later. I thought working with Alethia one on one was the best way to handle it. I never raised my voice when questioning the haircut cost. I asked if I could talk to owners and was told no. I offered to pay for the haircut but was refused and told to leave. The absolute worst service. Wigs on Temu are actually of higher quality. Know that you have ONE hour to select your wig and that they do not allow any person to come in with you. They will not try to make your purchase right if you are dissatisfied. I purchased a topper. I trusted the person who provided the consultation to know what she was doing. I asked for a match to my color and texture. It was not a match in any way, and she blamed me for the color choice instead of taking any professional responsibility for it. I am not a color specialist. I was told by another salon that the hair was not real human hair and it was supposed to be. The topper was a mess of color and texture. I cautioned her that my hair was naturally curly and I wanted a close match. I'm a Caucasian person with curly hair and it is often not easy for salons to style or cut. I went to this place communicating that and she was arrogant and did not listen. That was well communicated to the person who provided the consultation. Why would I pay $3,000 for anything that would end up a compromise? I would never recommend this place for toppers. They make their money and don't make it right. When I went back for help with it, it was my fault for choosing the color and they couldn't change it due to the hair integrity. You should have offered to refund at least a part of my money. I would not recommend them for anything due to poor communication, and the attitude toward costumers just to save the money that is fraudulently taken from customers. They do not communicate well or put enough time into concerns. If they valued their customers they would not treat them like drive-through customers who they may not see again. Terrible. They don't know who knows who in the community. I will make absolutely sure that anyone I know, and who they may know, and who they also know, and their friends of friends , and anyone else within their circle never goes there. I'm 64 years old with a health condition. I feel sorry for anyone who places trust in this business to improve their self-confidence through a hair change. You people added more distress to an already devastating hair-loss experience. It may not be your entire business but your staff. The arrogance- to make your client responsible for your poor performance. When you sell products, don't rush through it and not explain that your person consulting was going to make the customer the color expert and hold the client responsible for the outcome. From a color swatch? There was no color swatch for salt and pepper and auburn hair. I trusted her to know if it was a match. I chose what was close. And, the hair It was a terrible color match and she tried to say I chose it. It was it not repairable. That point, she should have offered a free service or partial refund and the best outcome would be a full refund. I can't wear it. Trying to CYA and not have to refund a dime. The emotional response to my concern was the other issue. How unprofessional. You took $3,000 from me. Period. Who should feel emotional? And I have considered small claims. I have not decided yet. I think the greatest retribution is a poor review and to warn others to go elsewhere. I'd love to have my $3,000 back. I am still continuing to lose hair and you people made this life event even more painful. Do not buy a topper here. I hope the owner reads this. The customer service was poor! I purchased a hair piece but I asked for my mom's bey back. I say, stay away!

Came in for a consultation and was met with attitude from the time I walked in. I was 10 min late due to rain and I called ahead to notify as a courtesy.. she said we would only have 30 min which I was ok with.. 10 min usually isn't that bad especially if a potential new client calls ahead.. she had me fill out part of the form and it was a small section just wanting my address and so I started to complete it at the counter. She said "this glass is very fragile please go sit down and fill it out." Noone else was in the waiting room and this was totally unnecessary and rude in the tone of her voice. If the glass was too fragile for a countertop in a professional building then obviously a carpenter wouldn't install it! After filling it out she then took me to her office and asked my concerns which I was just interested in a detox and to be proactive in my scalp care. She then started talking about their line of shampoo and some LED light helmet treatment. She kept rushing to get through her schpiel and I slowed her down to restate that she is trying to sell me products when I was there for a detox treatment. She insisted that the products are crucial as part of the detox treatments so I'm like "sure okay" and she proceeded to talk about her own hair loss and her being a cancer survivor and that she likes helping people.. So I asked again about the detox treatment because that's why I was there and she says 1 treatment is $150 and proceeds to open a price listing of a package of treatments for $900 and up..which was fine and all. I said it wasn't in my budget to buy a package but that I'd be interested in a treatment or two and buying their shampoo kits. She rudely interrupted me which was very unprofessional and I said please don't interrupt me and finished saying that I would be interested in the products in the interim of getting a scalp detox. She then pulls her business card and tells me I can go look on their website, which at this point was pretty asinine because I already drove in for a consultation and she couldn't be bothered to treat me with dignity and respect. Giving me her card and telling me to look at their website was an obvious blow off and it really disappointed me.. I'm sitting there with her card in my hand as she's still blabbing on so I got up and walked to the door. As I was doing so I said "Lady you got a bad attitude" and she followed me into the hall saying loud enough for others to hear "well don't come back we don't want you here" and I said "I don't want to come back". Dana needs to set her ego aside and treat people with dignity and respect, especially a potential client. I had high hopes of getting a few treatments done but she wanted to push products right away and not explain how a detox treatment works. It was just bad vibes the moment I walked in the door and when I called her on her attitude and interrupting me, because I certainly don't want anyone touching my hair who talks to me in this manner, she tried to make it seem as if I was the bad guy signaling to the rest of the office as I left which was such a joke. I can only imagine the toxic work environment this is for others. A consultation isn't just to see if the service will be right for you, but also to screen the professionalism of the business and how they treat you as a potential client. If they don't listen to you and interrupt you, that's clearly a bad sign. I'll have better success with DIY and advice from youtube videos from the black community because they are honestly the best hair experts I've seen with all their natural remedies. Sulphur and salicylic acid already started helping my scalp..I'll just keep it up at home and save my pennies. You're better off either going somewhere else that will treat you well or learn how to care for your scalp at home. More and more I'm seeing in aesthetics and hair care industry they dont want to help you, they just want your money and don't want to take accountability for having good customer service. FOUR times more expensive than other equal quality retailers!!!The wig was not a good fit for my head, instead of just not selling it to me, they lied to me that they will adjust it and style it in such a way to fit better. Instead they just pulled the hair topper on my existing hair SO HARD and tight that most of my hair pulled and fell out. This caused extreme discomfort, pain and made it impossible to wear it for more than 15 minutes. Sold me the product NOT AS DESCRIBED! Refused to talk to me about addressing the issue. Violated California Business and Professions Code. I have been wearing hair replacements for many years due to total hair loss at age 32. My hair units have always been of the best quality. I lived and purchased them in New York. Also a friend in Georgia had a business which made beautiful units. I tell you this before telling you of my horrible experience here. I saw a commercial on television from Elite Solutions hair Salon for hair replacement and was elated because Sacramento had a local place where I can get a new unit. I made an appointment and attended the seminar. There was several ladies there with nice hair replacement units. I made an appointment to place an order which took place late April 2015 with Amy. She took my measures and I was promised a finished unit in 8 weeks. My order came over five months later when Amy brought out this horrible ill fitting hair unit. It was the wrong color, texture and fit. It did not require styling because it was thin and lifeless. I really think it was an old unit ordered but not purchased. I complained the next day and co-Owner, Gary called me to set up an appointment with his wife. On September 9th I got measured for a replacement unit by co-owner and wife, she promised me a great fitting unit as ordered in 8 weeks. I did not receive my unit until February, 2016. It is no better than the first one. The edges flap around the ears. The color is off and most of all it had a white base edging around the whole crown. A cheap wig maker knows better than to put a thick white plastic edging on a hair piece. I don't even wear it and want my money back. This is amateur work which was probably ordered for four hundred dollars overseas over the internet because I have seen hair units there, however, i did not think a salon would scam me like this, what a waste of $1800. I was seen yesterday for an initial consultation that I was told would last 90 minutes and to gather information about the 'system'. I have worn wigs for 10 plus years due to alopecia and was excited to see if there were other options. Elite is situated in a professional office building and the suite is very attractive. I was met at reception by my consultant and brought back to one of the offices. I was sat in front of a desk and filled out a questionnaire and watched an informational video. My consultant returned, asked to see my natural hair, measured my head, and told me that the 'system' she would recommend was a 3/4 human hair 'cap' that was 10-12 inches long (top of the shoulder length). The 'system' she showed me was very dark brown, one length, extremely curly hair that went well past my shoulders. The wig I currently wear is straight, collar length and light brown.The whole time, I was seated at the front of the desk and there wasn't a mirror in front of me and had I no clue how this might look. I asked for a mirror and was told there was one behind me on the wall - I looked ridiculous with this dark, curly, octopus like thing on my head. I was told to envision what this might look like cut, colored and styled. My consultant had me sit back at the desk and laid out the pricing schedule (down payment (equal to three monthly payments) plus the monthly maintenance charge, plus an additional charge for shoulder length hair - PLUS any additional highlights and required hair products which were not included in the quote). I tried my best not to flinch - I understand that there is a lot that goes into this, but for us mere mortals who work to make ends meet, this is equal to a BMW payment plus monthly maintenance fees. My consultant offered that once I paid the down payment, wore the 'system' and wasn't happy with the 'system', I wasn't obligated to continue. That's still a paycheck lost to a "maybe." I told her that it was completely unaffordable (equal to two very nice wigs a month) and entirely too risky. I asked if I could see some wigs instead. I was shown the wig room (really impressive selection) and was told that I'd have to make another appointment to try them on. My consultation lasted an hour and I left embarrassed and really disappointed. The earliest appointment to try on wigs was a week and a half out - I'm not sure if I'll return. While my consultant was very nice and I appreciated the information she gave me, I think that since Elite is charging so much for this very, very expensive 'system', they should tailor a salon-type presentation better suited to the specific client, their needs, and offer sample 'systems' in varying different textures and colors - plus a mirror to see what this 'system' might look like on your head. Because I lost all of my hair as a result of chemotherapy, it was necessary for me to purchase a wig. The people at Elite were kind and compassionate and spent as much time with me as was necessary to find just the right solution for me. In addition, when my wig came in, they took me to a private styling room and at my request, shaved my head (my hair was already beginning to fall out) and styled my wig. My hair has now grown back and my wig has been retired, however I can't tell you how many compliments I received on my hair, all the while wearing my wig. Thank you Elite! read more

I have received your scalp treatment service twice and it is amazing! My dry scalp and irritation were pretty prominent, itching all of the time with a very flaky scalp, and even after just one treatment my scalp wasn't itchy or flaky AT ALL for about 3 days and then after that, I just had a little irritation once or twice a day until it was time to wash. The texture of my hair has also really changed for the better. It feels so much softer now, and my shedding has been cut by about 75%! The Capilia products are worth every penny and probably the only ones I will use moving forward. I wash normal and massage a healthy amount of the conditioner into my scalp and let it sit before rinsing. It has a beautiful smell and tingles when you let it soak in. I would recommend these treatments to Everyone, but especially to anyone suffering from an itchy or dry scalp. I thought scalp irritation was something I just had to live with since I wasn't getting any helpful advice from the professionals I saw. The steroid cream my doctors prescribed did NOT work for me and everyone else just told me to wash my hair more often. My friends and family have noticed a change in my hair but most importantly I feel so much better and happy I can wear my hair down again without worrying about flakes or coarseness. Beware!!! Do NOT spend any time or money here. The owner Debbie is a thief and I believe is selling counterfeit synthetic wigs from China. I've been losing my hair from chemo and had no experience with wigs or where to go for help. They seemed very helpful at the initial appointment but after spending over $400 to have a dry, tangled, SHEDDING mess after only a few days, I called several times and she was very rude and clearly did NOT give a Sh*t about any after sale customer service except to state "no refunds!" She did not even offer to look at the wig in the chance that it could be defective. When I got home with my purchase, I noticed that she had removed the tags and I had no receipt either and the Wig box wasn't even for the brand of wig I purchased! I feel SO taken advantage of, it's bad enough going through stage 4 cancer treatment AND the trauma of losing my hair but worse to feel taken advantage of and sold a horrible and in my opinion counterfeit product so they can profit! I've since learned A LOT about wigs from YouTube and have bought several FAR SUPERIOR quality synthetic wigs from websites that cost ranging from $23-$65 that blow the imitation crap that they are selling away.
