I felt like the extractions and harshness with which my skin was treated were overboard - super painful and far more needling than anywhere else I've ever gone. The extra needling and harshness caused additional breakouts and skin issues that gentler treatment wouldn't have caused. One time, I called in and make an appointment and my facialist wasn't there and I wasn't scheduled somehow - even though I had spoken with her personally to book the appointment and worked it out with my boss to come in early all week just so that I could leave early that day to make her only opening. I never received an apology for the inconvenience and after being a loyal customer for so long, I thought this was rude. Because of these experiences, I won't go back.
