This was my first time doing any kind of enhancement to my body and I can honestly say I'm so incredibly satisfied already! Kelly Buckley is amazing. She knows exactly what to do based on your face shape. I received Juvederm xc for my lips. The results immediately after are already amazing. I recommend this place 100%. One year later: Kelly has been doing my lips for a year now and every time they are perfect. The staff is so incredibly friendly and I will never choose another medical spa again. IMPORTANT Update: I only came here for Kelly, now that she's no longer with the company my last reviews don't really mean much anymore. To be honest, there were times front staff was kinda rude and I put up with it for Kelly. We are know med spas aren't exactly cheap, so when you're paying for a service you expect a level of professionalism, and I didn't always get that from them. They also bold face lied to me about where my injector went, I'm assuming to keep me as a customer. That's not the kind of relationship I want with a med spa. This is one of the most unprofessional businesses that I have ever dealt with. I went in for Botox (which I have done a million times before, but my first time at MadPeaches)-I let the the woman who did it, that I would like to be completely frozen, which a focus on my forehead and "11's" and she let me know that it would take "x amount of units"-this was on December 18. Typically botox can take a couple weeks to settle, so come the first week of January when there was no visible proof that I had received Botox, I called Mad Peaches. The manager called me and back and let me know that she receives "90 something units of Botox and that I probably just needed more" and was completely rude about it. I explained that I have had Botox before, and I know how many units it takes and that I believe that the woman that did it, did not place the Botox properly. The manager/owner kept cutting me off, got very nasty with me and basically told me there was nothing she could do for me other than give me a discount, which was a $1 off-I never expect anything for free and was definitely not going to go back there, when they couldn't do it right the first time, but her attitude was disgusting. (Either her girl misplaced the Botox or the Botox is diluted). On that same conversation, I cancelled my reservation that I had set on Jan 29 to do filler (if they dilute or misplace Botox, was not going back for filler), shockingly I was charged a $50 no show fee over the weekend. I have tried to contact the company several times with no return call. I also tried to message them this morning only to receive and error "There was an error trying to send your message". This place is a complete sham and a rip off, I will never go here for another service again. read more

I have been a client of Mad Peaches for over five years. The staff is wonderful. They take their time with you, they are very knowledgable, and most of all, they help achieve goals, I didn't think possible! I used to live in Denver and come into town just to be serviced by the wonderful staff. The other great thing is they have really good specials each month. I love Mad Peaches. I went here for my first cosmetic procedure, Voluma. I just wanted to add a little volume to my cheeks/mid face which seemed to have lost it all the past couple of years (I'm 39). Kelly was fantastic! She put in just the right amount of filler for me, I only had one syringe, and she didn't try to pressure me to get more or up sell me any additional products. The result is that none of my friends could tell I had anything done, but when I show them my before and 2 week after picture the response is always, "Oh! Yeah! That totally made a difference. You look refreshed." Which is exactly what I wanted. The best compliment I've gotten is from my landlord who told me I looked "happier". I have volume back in my cheeks, and my jaw line was lifted back up a bit. I'm SO happy with the results. The procedure wasn't painless, but really wasn't that painful either. I had a bit of a reaction to the first topical numbing cream so Kelly took it off and used another. My face was still irritated when I got home, but was much better after I washed it. Mad Peaches will also take care of any bruising you might have post procedure as part of the cost. Which is great because I did have some bruising right away. I'd definitely recommend doing this type of filler when you have a weekend you won't be doing much because of potential bruising - everyone is different and you never know how you're skin will react. Also, Dawnyel, who is one of the owners, was fantastic as well. She made me feel right at home and checked on me during my procedure to make sure I was doing alright since it was my first time. read more

Honestly went here for a consultation in regards to their laser treatments and was treated as if only the money in my pocket mattered. They refused to listen to my concerns about the treatment considering it was my first time. It just felt alot like they only cared about what i was going to be paying and nothing about what concerned me as a client or consumer, No person should be treated as if only their money matters when they are coming directly to you for help, since it is after all your profession. I felt very defeated and like if i prepaid i was allowing someone who didn't even have the time to listen to me take advantage of me. I would've paid the thousands they quoted me no problem if i knew i was in good hands. Quote on quote told me "if you aren't gonna make your deposit then this consultation isn't going to lead to anything, I have other patients who are committed and need my attention" if spending money and being treated like your needs and wants don't matter then absolutely go here. Overall just seems like they only care about filling their pockets rather then patient care and relationship and quality services. Nothing knowledgeable and comforting about MAD Peaches just stealing from people blindly. read more

This is a great place. I cant say enough about my skin tightening treatments. I'm opposed to surgery and have always been pleased coming here for simple and graceful skin treatments. EDIT: 6/2/2015 After filing a BBB Complaint the company bent over backwards to make it right. I shouldn't have had to go that far, and the technician should have known what she was selling, but I'm glad that they made it right and I feel they went above and beyond to do so. I changed the stars from 1 to 4 to reflect this. PREVIOUS REVIEW: 5/15/2015 This place lies to you and they do not stand behind their products. I specifically asked for a prescription grade retinol from one of their employees. I asked her twice to make sure that the product she was selling me was prescription grade aka You need an RX to get it. I got "We are a med spa here everything we sell is prescription grade." Well I get home and find out that not only can you freely buy it without a prescription, but you can also buy it on Amazon for significantly cheaper. I tried to return the product (still in plastic, completely unopened) and they now refuse to communicate with me. All of my communications go unanswered. I live 40 miles away or I'd walk in myself and make them deal with me; perhaps I still might. Until then I wouldn't buy any products from them because they will lie their faces off to make their commissions. read more

I had a tattoo removal session here for the first time today and I was very impressed with the facilities and the customer service. The facility is clean, classy, modern, and very inviting. The receptionist was helpful and courteous. Kate, the technician who performed the laser removal, was very patient with me as I am a total wuss when it comes to pain and I was very nervous because my last tattoo removal was done without any numbing cream and was very painful. This facility gives you the option of using the numbing cream, and they also use some kind of machine that blows very cool air onto the area, which also helps to minimize the pain. As a result, the experience was not near as hideous as my prior tattoo removal. read more

Cannot say enough about this place! I've searched Denver over in the last year trying to find a med spa that reaches my unusually high standards. I've found my home. My skin is NIGHT and DAY different since my first visit. The BBL laser has taken my skin from sun spots and large pores to smooth and bright. I don't even wear foundation as a result. Extremely disappointed and upset that I wasted so much time and money with Mad Peaches. I have been going to them for over 2 years for a tattoo removal and recently learned that they completely scarred my skin and aren't able to help me anymore. I was understanding that the ownership changed with in this time frame but still half of my treatments were done by the new ownership-- different technicians every other treatment and I did not feel like they were honestly trying to help me. I will never forget the owner provided one service on me after she had a cosmetic procedure done on her eyes and probably shouldn't even have been using lasers let alone a tattoo removal session on a patient. I left my last appointment in tears after nothing was able to be done. Virginia helped me towards the end and she seems like she could have provided a good service throughout the whole process but unfortunately that wasn't the case in my situation. read more
