Kathy microbladed my eyebrows 2 times and either she is using very old or very cheap products, nothing sticks, I have to draw my eyebrows every single day. But what she did to my lips is a serous permanent damage. She messed up my lips big time, it's so uneven, I have to outline my lips with pencil every day before I can apply lipstick, because I have very uneven mouth now. I will attach the pictures of my lips, I took them 2 days after outline was done. I sent the pictures to her as well, she said after I heal she will fix it, I contacted her 2 months later, she said make an apt, I made an apt and waited 3 more weeks and the day of the apt, only 1 hour before she texted me and told me that her tool broke and she needs to reorder one before she can see me, I made another apt 2 months out, again the day of the apt, I was already on my way to her, she texted me and said there is pluming problems in the building and she can't see anyone. I called the front desk and they said they have no pluming problems. Then I contacted her again, she said she will refund me my money and someone else can fix her mess, but she didn't send me any refund. She is a liar, and really doesn't have any skills as a beautician. Please don't waste your time or money, make better choices.

When I wanted her help to fix it, she stopped returning my calls, blocked me and told me to talk to her attorney! She and her attorney ignored my attorneys requests for information. She told me that if I bought 6 areas the promo she was offering would apply at 400/area and I would get 3 cool toning areas since I would be a perfect model to promote her salon. When the healing was done she refused to give the cool toning, canceled my appts, and had never provided me with any copies of my own paperwork. Beware when you have these procedures done, someone who isn't established or has no concern for clients that have a issue they should resolve are not the types of people you want to trust with your body or skincare. She was very forthcoming with the "training" she takes to get certified for skincare and they are 8 hours crash courses. I do not want to show the world my stomach, but the large applicators she used that crossed at the bottom were the wrong applicators to use, and she provided no compression gear which I have since learned are essential in healing correctly. I had to get a 2nd opinion, they said that she should have redone the area for free once she saw the result to avoid this, and she could have asked for free applicators from the company and could have gotten them. Some people don't see the value in return client or referrals.

Edit: Responding to the business owner's response below since I can't directly reply. It's very apparent that you gave my elderly mother the impression that she was signing for a one-time service. You mentioned a cancellation fee (your acknowledgement that she did try to contact you to tell you that it wasn't what was explained to her), but this "one-month cancellation fee" was an ongoing charge for several months until she had to dispute. You had her credit card number and you kept charging it, plain and simple, even when she FAIRLY tried to tell you first that it wasn't what she signed up for. And she tried to call again and you ignored her. And I tried to reach you a few days ago and you ignored me. What this looks like is you saw a woman in her 70s walk into your store and saw the opportunity to keep charging her through obfuscation and misdirection. Again, I tried to contact you directly so that you could explain, but you ignored it. And your reply only confirms my suspicions about your unscrupulous intentions with my mother. If you were running a "fair" business you should actually listen to your customer's issues instead of a hair-trigger reaction to charge "cancellation fees" (which again I think is a disingenuous explanation for multiple charges of $160).
