This was the worst experience i have ever had. Brad was inattentive unprofessional with a major attitude . Not even a hello , he shows up 5mins late to the appointment , no acknowledgement whatsoever. He wanted to do my whole head , when I said that to start i just wanted to cover a couple of scars that I have, he must've didn't like. Each scar is approximately 3inch. Like a pigeon drinking water...... that's how I describe myself every time I looked in the mirror before Smp. 16 years of my life I was insecure, low self esteem, and just wasn't comfortable looking in the mirror at All. Without doubt one of the best places in LA to go for SMP. Derek (artist) and Alex (receptionist) were both professional and friendly. Nothing about the process felt off; I felt like I was in good hands from start to finish which is definitely what I wanted because I was skeptical about everything. Wow. Just finished my second and final session this past Friday. I am 100% glad that I went through with this and I would 100% recommend it to anyone looking to have a hairline again. I went to the MDR office and completed two sessions under the care of Jesus. He took great care in hiding my follicle hair transplant strip scars i incurred 20+ years ago; they were long and visible from six feet away. I am done with wearing a hairpiece for 30 years and all the hassle that comes with it: tape, washing, dying the piece, lining it up right every day, etc. For anyone undergoing hair transplants: it is not worth all the scars in the long run, as eventually it will all go away. You only have so much hair to take from one place and plug into another place. If I knew now what I knew back in the mid 90's, I would have just shaved all my hair off.
