This guarantee is a marketing tactic Any attempt to book a touch up will be stonewalled. 3) Salvino is untrustworthy and I highly suggest you go elsewhere. If you insist on working with him, make sure you just cover your ass. He will swindle you if he can. He definitely got me. Details below: ***** Salvino hooked me by strategically offering a very low price of $3,100, and a one-year free touch up guarantee, undercutting the industry norms. I shaved my head to undergo micro-pigmentation and followed protocol to a T, with proof to show it. Once my primary treatment was done, he aggressively pushed me to go online and leave him 5 star reviews. Eventually I had to tell him to stop asking and I'll do it when I've achieved the desired result. His assistant (who since left him) told me that even though touch ups are included in the price via the 1-year free touch up guarantee, Salvino has to pay her labor for each touch up session. In other words, the fewer touchups made per client, the more money he gets to keep. After trying to schedule my 3rd touch up, Salvino strategically made it VERY difficult to schedule. Some of his tactics are to ignore calls, texts and emails. Even though I've always received every one of his emails when he bothers to actually write, he'll say "I've been trying to reach you for weeks. Check your spam." Then continues to come up with a variety of additional excuses and tactics to avoid scheduling. So it makes economic sense for him to stone wall clients to make more money. Eventually his assistant also encouraged me to stop coming in, because "It'll look bad. Come back at the end of the year." I mentioned to her that by then my year of free touch ups would nearly expire, to which she replied, "Don't worry we're results-oriented as the contract says. If you need more touchups we'll take care of it." I trusted her and took her advice and I did as I was instructed. 5 months went by and I noticed my micro-pigmentation had all but completely faded! Gone. Nothing. When I notified Salvino, he strategically ignored my calls, texts and emails. Eventually he replied saying this is all my fault, slandered my character, and claimed I did not cut my hair short enough or follow protocol (when I have pictures I shaved my head). Couldn't get any shorter. Then he walked these claims back and his new excuse was that is was not his fault but instead the oils in my skin's fault. He still refused to book me for a touch up and said I have to pay full price again. Then after I proved him wrong via his own contract and emails, he eventually confessed the real issue is all his employees have left him and he has no one to do the work. He's shopping around for a technician. My one year free touch up guarantee window as since closed. Salvino has failed to schedule me since October, and will not return my calls, emails, or texts. Salvino is in breach of contract, and as continuously lied and misled me in an effort to save money and avoid accountability for his shortcomings. I met Salvino and his wonderful staff by coincidence at the Women's Health Expo earlier this year. It was not much interest to me at that time but Salvino began to talk to me about the convenience of getting the procedure done as far as saving time, money and the overall look of having perfected eyebrows. I began to take interest. We exchanged information and he followed up with me within one week. I was surprised by that because it was so many people there that day. He offered me an appointment for a face to face consultation but due to conflicts in my schedule I was never able to make it into the office. We worked out a way to get the consultation done by phone. I took pictures of my natural eyebrows without makeup and he sent the pictures to his technician. While waiting to hear from her, I gathered all of my questions and concerns such as the difference between microblading and microshading, the ombre look, pain, healing and skin tones etc. When we spoke, her initial greeting was warm and complementing. She mentioned how I had already had naturally good eyebrows and bone structure and how with a small enhancement it can look even more defined. I told her what I wanted and she advised me on the procedure that was best for that look. She sent me pictures of her previous work as well as informed me of the many years of experience she had. She consulted with me all the risks and benefits of having it done. The risks were rare but she let me know the importance of skin care and maintenance in order to prevent any infection or scarring. The appointment was set and I couldn't be more excited for the day to come. The day came and it was easy to navigate and there was a nice size sign on the front of the business. I got there 30 minutes early and Salvino was already there! He met me outside and escorted me to a private parking space inside of a gated parking structure. When I walked in, the building was immaculate. Beautifully structured and clean with the latest appliances. There was a small kitchen and restroom with multiple stalls. Salvino offered me Starbucks coffee from this state of the art electronic espresso machine. There was plenty of utensils and creamer of all flavors, that really made my morning because I hadn't had my morning coffee yet. Good thing we got started early because I had time to fill out my waiver, drink coffee, use the restroom and review everything the technician and I consulted about over the phone. The procedure room was clean and everything was in sterile packaging. The technician happily greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. It was spacious, there was an area where I can place my things and an outlet near by in the event that I needed to charge my phone. The exam table was a nice size and able to accommodate people of all body types. Once I laid down and got comfortable on the exam table, the technician washed her hands (very important) and began to set up. She made me very comfortable by asking if I preferred watching tv or listening to music. I told her that I prefer to talk and she was pleased to hear that as well. When the procedure was done, we did a final take and I was extremely happy with the procedure.
