Worked with John most of the time. He was very helpful with all of my questions and concerns about the 20 movie film reels we submitted to be digitized. They were all over 50 years old, and we did not expect the same result as when they were taken. However, the quality was somewhat better than I expected for most of the reels. We had a birthday celebration coming up, which we hoped would include viewing the digitized movies. The company was able to meet our time table and everything arrived in time for the party. I particularly advise getting the flash drive as each movie reel was separate on it. The DVDs were not separated to that extent, but worked nicely for the continuity of showing to our families. These memories recorded digitally are now readily available to each family member as a treasure of years ago. Many who appear in these films are no longer with us; they will always be in our hearts and now we can see them whenever we want to relive some of those very precious moments. I just got back my third order from this company recently and I have to say, I am amazed every time. Getting orders back digitized is very exciting. It's like Christmas morning because you have no idea what an awesome surprise it is to watch all these old videos and photos from ways ago. I have been using the company now for about 3 years and have had several orders done by them. The work is still in great quality and the customer service is fantastic. I get email updates all the way along the process and I always feel sending my materials there. One of the best times that I had was getting my parents wedding videos and photos transferred to digital to give to them for their 25th wedding anniversary. They loved watching the video on the DVD player and I even had a slide show created from the photos. It was the best gift that I had given to my parents and they loved it so much. I do have to say, I have tried a couple of other companies but have not been this satisfied with them. ScanDigital has been great to work with for converting my old negatives into Digital Memories. I have started a project of organizing all of my old pictures into cloud storage and sorting them by date and events. All my pictures from around 2006 on are already digital, but I had albums full of old pictures that I wanted digital also. I have been sending ScanDigital my negatives to convert, but I have the option of sending them images as well. Some of my old images I had developed with a "Picture Disk" floppy disk of the images, but the quality of those images is certainly inferior to what I am getting back from ScanDigital from the same negatives. Having everything in the cloud has been great, and makes it easy to search and share memories with friends. From the beginning, my order was acknowledged promptly, the receipt of my slides were acknowledged, and I was even informed when they started their work with an estimate of when I should expect the final product. Definitely worth every penny! I was so excited to see my package at the door yesterday. When I opened it, everything was neatly organized and I could tell that they handled my precious memories with care. I had nothing but a good experience with ScanDigital. They were very understanding when I placed an order only to find I had misplaced the VHS tape I needed. They waited over six months for me to find it, and honored the Groupon price they had originally quoted. Once I was ready to send the order, all I had to do was dump in a shipping box and drop it off at UPS.
