Like any store, quality varies by brand. Marshalls is the clothing side. I don't care for it so much, because it has a less organized feel. There aren't necessarily multiples of items in different sizes, so you just hope you can find things you like that fit you. That can mean extra time trying things on, or searching racks hoping to find that piece in a different size. I did pick out some $10 sunglasses. Time to check out. Holy crap! There were at least 25 people in the queue. While we waited for 5-6 cashiers to process us, we were herded like cattle through aisles of low priced goods. Impulse shopping opportunities everywhere. Cocktail napkins, candy, curling irons, earrings, hair accessories, phone cases, home decor accessories, toss it in your cart! My cashier was very nice and fast, too. I asked the employee about the shop, how long it had been around, etc. She answered my questions with a frown. No sense of feeling welcome. Later, she chatted with someone she knew who came in. I give it three stars because of the lack of friendly staff and the staging that makes it hard to walk through and find things. It's okay for an occasional visit but not worth regular checkins.
