I special order large quantities sometimes from their sales rep Michelle. She is very friendly and helpful but sometimes it takes her awhile to get back to you. My biggest qualm is the check-out, the set up for checking out isn't very workable if you are buying more than one or two things. I run a whole office and sometimes go up with an entire cart load, the checkers don't really know about things such as warranties or products. They should really train their whole staff. Knocked a star for them not offering to help my pregnant employee out with her entire (large and heavy) purchase.

Again, no watermarks, no info in meta data, no copyright whatsoever. I support their policy on not printing copyrighted material, but this was not it. Regardless, I chose to have my order refunded and after my refund was processed I thank them anyway. In turn, I was not offered a "you're welcome", "have a nice day" or anything else. Refusing service is inconvenient, but not worth one star. Unprofessional employees, however, and lack of good service deserve zero stars.

Very professional, I asked to have a specific task done, but I think they could tell I am not well…read moreversed in getting printing work done, so I was presented with multiple options that would fit my needs at an affordable price. The work was quick, I came in around 5pm and was done right away and I was out in less than 15 minutes for a fairly substantial order (150+ prints, custom cut) and although I am not familiar with printing costs I was not shocked by the price, it seemed fair. It is close to my house so although I don't do a lot of custom printing work I would definitely come back. I have been to some other printing shops around town (looking at you fed ex formerly kinkos) and ASAP is one of the best printers in town.
