I've come to this FedEx location many times for my printing, copying, and fax needs. Procedures change, but they remain efficient and easy. Most recently I needed to print something from my email. FedEx makes it easy to get done. They even provide pens, staplers, etc. Bring your credit/debit card(s). Workers are available, but I appreciate the option to be independent. read more

This store is located in the pink mall close to the Costco on Dimond . You can access it off of king Street or East bound Dimond . The store is always well staffed . The employees are effigy and friendly . Even though the store can get busy I have never had to wait long . My first choice for mail service is always the United States Post Office but if I have to ship via Federal Express this is a good place to go . read more

I only go to FedEx if I have to (i.e. for work). The FedEx locations in Anchorage aren't the most easily accessible. This one is no exception as you can only get in from Dimond east of King St. Easy to miss if you don't know where you're going or don't see the sign. Service is meh. Not great, but not horrible considering I've never encountered a shipping service employee who was excited about their job (can't say I blame them). I usually only see one, maybe two employees in the store so I have no idea how they keep operating. More than once the employee helping me with my transaction was on the phone the entire time. I know I'm just dropping something off, but do you really not have enough employees to have one answer the phone and another help customers? Stick to self-service/the drop-off box if you can. If you're using the drop box you can likely find a more convenient location than this one on the FedEx website. read more

Yeah, whatever dude, it's your standard place you have to go that you're not stoked about having to go. (unless you are picking up a killer package) I'm not really a "Dimond Guy", I try to avoid this part of town at all costs. It really takes me out of my "Alaska Chill"-state. But, I had to mail something out, and this was the closest place on Google maps. I dropped off the package, it was fine. read more

I've been here a few times to make copies of school assignments and documents for CompTIA tests at the UAA campus at the University Center. This is in a convenient location at the Pink Mall down the street from the Dimond Center. It's easy to spot this place not because of the FedEx sign on the outside of the store, but because of the guy dressed like Lady Liberty reminding you to get your taxes done by waving a Liberty Tax sign while you're driving by. This place has always been a dependable place for me to get portfolios made for pet projects and computers that are available for use in case my own laptop is down or being repaired. The computers are in a separate room in the back along with some extra desks for people to study on their laptop for a couple of hours. The store charges you per minute for using their PCs (hence the two stars rather than three) but Wi-Fi is free when bringing in your own device. One noticeable disappointment is the speed of the Wi-Fi which is considerably slower than most coffee shops I've been to. There are plenty of printing and copying machines available for customers as well as complimentary office supplies for getting work done on-site. They also sell office stationary, portable USBs, and art supplies, but you're better off buying them for a lower price at Target, Walmart, or Office Depot. The computer room itself is quiet and spacious, but it isn't my first choice for studying especially when I'm due for my 2:30 in the afternoon caffeine fix. read more

I typically have to come here to deliver a case that needs to be rushed since everything takes forever to get to the destination... even with overnight. When coming into this location, the odds of you being greeted at the door are slim to none. The staff is usually pretty "busy" and don't notice customers. When you do finally get ones attention, they aren't in a hurry to get to the register to help you. They are nice enough though and will chat with you if you instigate it. I come during the day before 1:00pm because that is the cut off for overnight delivery to actually make it overnight to the location. So it isn't ever too busy. However, when they ARE busy, plan to wait a significant amount of time. Again, they are nice enough here, there is just no urgency and little to no professionalism. read more

Dropped off a package and was shocked on how it badly smelled of body odor and fish, very think odor. Maybe the building AC was not working, but they definitely need a way to vent out that place. read more

This place used to be called Kinkos before it was bought out and renamed FedEx Print and Ship. Came in a couple of times to print off documents and it was a pretty simple to do. The first time I just used a jump drive and printed right at the printer, though the second time I needed help from customer service since some of the files were jpeg instead of PDF. Keep that in mind when using this printing option. Black and white print option is $0.16 while color is $0.75; quite the difference. The second time I came in I had to make copies of documents and wanted to create PDFs on my jump drive from the stack and the clerk totally helped me out. I was really happy he was so nice and helpful, especially since I came in 20 minutes to closing. He said at least it wasn't 8:58, which some people do apparently... I would come again when I need to print, PDF, or on the rare occasion to ship. read more

I had to do a last minute copy job/photo printing here. The staff is very helpful and the photo machine is much nicer than the one at Fred Meyer. You can hook your phone up to the machine directly and it's very intuitive to use. The quality of the photos is a bit less than the one at Fred Meyer/Costco, though, but for me it didn't matter all that much as I had to give the photos away. read more

We went in to this location not knowing what it was we really wanted but I heard they did print jobs at this location. It was a quiet Saturday morning and Austin was the only one in there at the time helping customers. When it was our turn we asked so many questions and he was able to provide answers to them all. I was grateful he was able to help the other customers while we pondered our dicission but would promply return to us the check in. He even went above and beyond to help us out on the printing machines and our digital layout of our print job. He did amazingly and we couldn't be any happier with the results. One out of the three self serve printers would connect to retrieve my email with photo attachments and that one was out of ink. The floor was beyond offensive with paper shreds everywhere. I believe I even saw a squished candy cane in the carpet. I'm $0.59 poorer. read more

This office shop is great. We were traveling but needed to do printing and scanning. The staff was nice and helpful. For the most part the bussiness was clean....except the bathrooms. The bathrooms were discussing. read more

Will not use this location again. They would not release 2 packages to me because I did not have my company ID. I was able to describe the size, what the was written on the outside of the box, who shipped it, who it was to. Customer service at this location has gone from bad to worse. Wont be using this location again read more

This place has does not have document shredding at the end of the month. Once their bin is full they no longer provide the service and ask that customers make a second trip to get the job done. Fail! I did not get what I came in for. However the clerks were nice and the wait not very long. read more

Walked in to drop off a package needing some packing help and staff was very unhelpful. I just assumed they were going to be like the staff in Huffman UPS store but they were the exact opposite. Very cold demeanor especially the girl in the front. Acted like she was just there for the hourly wage but did not want anything to do with the customer service aspect. Next time I will opt for the fed ex pickup. read more

Wish I could give zero stars. Fedex used to really be a great company. Something has changed in the last few months. I don't know what's happening but it seems like the employees at this location, especially Rachel, are doing anything they possibly can to avoid doing their job. I even had a package refused because it "wasn't brand new". If there's even an inch of airspace they want to charge you for a peanut or refuse the package. Seriously fedex has really changed their tone and it seems like they aren't exactly the great company they once were. You either need to offer free packing or quit being so picky but to try to upsell packing and products because someone wasn't purchased from you is really shady. Very disappointed in this location. read more
