We not only needed a decorator, but someone who would lead our project, coordinating with our contractor and AV, especially since I was pregnant at the time. Linda took on that responsibility and led the project. She made our lives so much easier going through one point person. She presented us with multiple options for furnishings and completely redesigned our closet. Linda has great ideas and taste, but was also very accommodating to our preferences. She wanted to make sure we loved everything in our apartment and spent a lot of time with us looking at various options until we found the right one. She showed up at every installation to ensure it was done correctly and was very responsive and accessible and took responsibility when we had issues with items being delivered damaged. Even 2 years later, she is helping us with an issue with our chandelier. Linda is a pleasure to work with and is very hands on. If you enjoy throwing money into fire, then feel free to hire her... she likes to rope you in with all the"press" she will get for your house but it appears only if you spend $5 million or more... she is a fraud and has caused so much pain and anguish for our family....Also as an addendum, she sold us a light colored carpet for our Master Bedroom and insisted it was treated but when the fireplace people came to fix the fireplace they stained the carpet and she refused to take any responsibility for it or help with the clean up. She tried to blame the stains on our dog that died months ago. Also, a bench got ruined in the storage facility that she recommended and she refused to help with the reupholstery or pay for it.
