The first time trying to find this place was a nightmare, I googled the phone number & got some poor random guys number, luckily he had a great sense of humor because I wasn't the only one who called him asking directions to the store but the number was his personal house line This store is located in the old Sports Authority building. They had very creepy animated displays to test & a whole hotel scene in the back of the store, reminded me of American Horror Story Hotel. I wish I had the money and space to buy that whole thing. I was happy with the selection of decorations, every year I try & do a new theme in one of my rooms & this year was "day of the dead" in my dining room. They even had our makeup for all of our costumes this year! Even if you don't celebrate Halloween, this is a fun free shop to walk around in.

This year had been a disaster. I ordered in December, which is normal for me. Usually, across the board, costumes ship in about 8 weeks. They gave me an estimated ship date at the end of February. When I hadn't received them by mid-March, I called and they gave me a new estimated ship date of April 30, which is too late. After some lengthy negotiating with customer service, they said they could get one group of costumes to ship on April 6. For the other, I needed to choose something else, which they promised to ship 2nd-day air. I still have not received them, a week later. I got a call from Fed Ex that the only thing in the address line was a number, no street or anything (which turned out to be my PO Box, which is my billing address, not my shipping address). I called them back and gave them my correct shipping address. When I still had not received it, I asked customer service and was told they couldn't help me. For the first group, two days ago they gave me a revised ship date of April 10. Then today I got a revised (again) ship date of April 30. There was nothing left in stock that I could choose that was appropriate to the dance, so I told them to issue a refund. If I don't get it, I will take it up with the Better Business Bureau. I don't know what happened to this company. They used to be excellent, but from the other reviews I've read, it looks like I am not the only dissatisfied customer.

It also wasn't just my daughter that had a bought of bad luck. The rest of the girls in her dance class had the same issue. Go elsewhere unless you want this kind of headache!

It was a coincidence that I saw her there I was looking for entertainment for children at our annual family cookout.... I've been using her ever since -whenever appropriate- of course. Her work is excellent, she is professional from the beginning to the end and I find her prices to be affordable.
