I have been ordering from this company for 30 years. For most of that time they have provided…read morequality costumes at reasonable prices, with prompt shipments and good customer service. This year had been a disaster. I ordered in December, which is normal for me. Usually, across the board, costumes ship in about 8 weeks. They gave me an estimated ship date at the end of February. When I hadn't received them by mid-March, I called and they gave me a new estimated ship date of April 30, which is too late. After some lengthy negotiating with customer service, they said they could get one group of costumes to ship on April 6. For the other, I needed to choose something else, which they promised to ship 2nd-day air. I still have not received them, a week later. I got a call from Fed Ex that the only thing in the address line was a number, no street or anything (which turned out to be my PO Box, which is my billing address, not my shipping address). I called them back and gave them my correct shipping address. When I still had not received it, I asked customer service and was told they couldn't help me. For the first group, two days ago they gave me a revised ship date of April 10. Then today I got a revised (again) ship date of April 30. There was nothing left in stock that I could choose that was appropriate to the dance, so I told them to issue a refund. If I don't get it, I will take it up with the Better Business Bureau. I don't know what happened to this company. They used to be excellent, but from the other reviews I've read, it looks like I am not the only dissatisfied customer.
