They didn't only sell me the solution, a technician check my computer and told me I need to offload a bunch of files because my hard drive was 95% full. I gave Ben my laptop and prayed he could extract my data--two years' worth of pictures of me and my kids, numerous writing projects and all kinds of personal files.
