It is a busy place so I didn't want to take time away from the other customers while I asked a lot of questions. It's better to bring in the electronic device and have a discussion. This store is clean and new. I like the helpful brochure they made available on the windowsill. They have screensavers and other merchandise that I purchased in the past at other repair shops. I'm glad this location is close in case I have a problem in the future. At the same time I'm very thankful my electronics are in good shape right now!

The man i spoke to 4 times earlier wasn't there. When I returned after 2 weeks to retrieve my laptop, they said it had "broken again" that morning, and they needed to fix it. I didn't return until another 2 weeks later, as they had already closed the claim and did not contact me that it was ready. When I picked it up, they showed me the display was fixed and I was on my way. It wasn't until I had gotten home that I noticed it was a completely different monitor attached to my laptop - a massive dent on one of the corners that was never there, scratches all over the surface, cracks all around the monitor, worn rubber protection, sticky substance in the hinge, and it makes a clicking noise when I open/close it. Now have to work with Asurion to get it fixed again.

Even though my laptop was in bad shape (pieces of plastic was coming off even as the guy was examining it), it wasn't a problem for them. In a couple days it was ready and it was like new!
