He let me stand on some of the decks to see what size felt the best to me. Nobody rushed me or pressured me into buying anything and they were really good with the boys buying stuff next to me too. They showed the kids how to put the skateboard together and I cannot emphasize enough how kind and patient they are. A custom build is about $200 but they sell premade complete boards for cheaper and occasionally used ones. Many skate shops are very intimidating so I was so happy to find this. My son arrived on campus as a first year just one week ago and was planning to try out for the club Tennis team. He met on Friday with a couple of new first years to play doubles, and his racket frame broke. He was disappointed! I contacted this location and the amazing staff and wonderful owner, Troy, offered to deliver a racket to him since we are not local and he does not have a car. I sent an email on Friday night and had a response from Troy within an hour. By Saturday morning at 1, the racket was in my son's hand And he is now prepared for tomorrow. Troy, thank you!!! You went well above and beyond to help us with this situation and your efforts are so appreciated!! So impressive are these guys, I guarantee you, whatever it is you get from this shop, the…read moremanagement and staff will go completely to the nth degree to please. In the last two years, I've purchased two Spirit treadmills and a home gym by Body Solid from them. The first treadmill was a lemon, but it took awhile to suss it out. Chick Duus, the owner and Tanner Duus, the head of maintenance, completely replaced, from the manufacturer, every single part of the already brand-new treadmill. Unable to get it to work properly, they called Spirit, the manufacturer, who then provided me a brand new treadmill for absolutely nothing. They came to my house, disassembled the old one, piece by piece hauled it out, and piece by piece brought the new one in and assembled it! Same with the Body Solid gym. For all of this labor, I was charged not one penny, and these guys practically lived here in my basement for several months getting all of this together. Be absolutely sure, they are helpful, courteous, willing, capable, knowledgeable and excel in extreme diligence in making sure the customer is happy with whatever they provide! I'd buy anything from them.

The prices are different between new and used with items mixed. It is dark with loud music, on a weekend the parking lot was packed. It is really an all around bad experience.
