They won't tell me if I have a bill due until it is past due…read more I even call them up to ask about the bill and they act annoyed and tell me it is process through insurance. Then I get texts and emails a month later saying it is past due. Scheduling people are rude and they do a terrible job. If they don't like you they will pretend the only available date is a month and a half out and that there is nothing else available because they aren't required to do their due diligence.

I have very good Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance and they would not pay for the unnecessary tests that were: an Rogers EKG for $82, a Rogers UA for $15, Rogers Chest Xray $97, and a Rogers General Health Panel for $153. They know most insurances don't pay for this so the send an admin person in your patient room right before the doctor comes in to initialize and check the box next to each test that states if insurance doesn't pay that you would be responsible. I should have walked out but now I'm stuck with the bill. I won't be back.
