The timeline quoted was about 95% accurate which is unheard of. Any unforeseen issues or concerns were handled right away. The most stress about this entire project was finding the right company. I will definitely use Spectrum for everything moving forward. I originally tried to get quotes from numerous companies. Some were more expensive, others were non responsive, some came over and never followed up with quotes. I am beyond impressed with this company, and everyone I have dealt with at Spectrum, including all the carpenters, painters and floor guys.
