I trusted them to cleanup the properties, after I bought each, and between tenants (not sure if the tenants used them in between). I did use them in between for tree/installation, re-gravel a couple times, etc. A few weeks ago, I texted Jose about yard trimming/cleanup of 2 vacant properties. On June 6, he texted back that "next day available would be June 16 if that works?" YES, fine. June 16 rolls around, I contact them the next day for invoice, etc. He calls me to ask if I could meet "his guy" at one property on Thursday. Turns out "his guy" is his father, Miguel. So I go over all the trimming, send him photos (again) of both properties. Jose tells me "we will take care of this Fri or Sat" fine. Saturday I text Jose and Miguel for an update....then NOTHING, no replies, no calls, total GHOST TREATMENT to their client! I found out from the other Landscaper who I called on Monday, and they finished BOTH properties the next day by 11am - and did a fantastic job (Heavenly Touch Landscaping) that Guerrero Landscaping now mainly does COMMERCIAL work, HOA common areas, etc. UGH, why didn't they just TELL me this up front?! They left me hanging for nearly 3 WEEKS! Fair warning...

They had good design ideas, but the execution fell short: Two negatives were 1., that raised mounds were supposed to be done for Palo Verde trees, we got "tree wells," something you would want for citrus and flood irrigation, but NOT for desert trees on a drip line! 2. PVC work on the drip lines was sub par: under builder warranty they fixed leaks at the source and one underground PVC to drip line (leaking enough to pool water at the surface; but all of these interfaces I've checked has been wasting water, found another one today in the attached pic)

We asked them to correct this, they were very irritated and confrontational but replanted the trees and claimed to have fixed the irrigation. We continued to notice leaks and wet ground, we reached back out and got no response. After having 3 more landscapers come give bids, all 3 stated the irrigation system was installed incorrectly, we payed another service over $500 to fix it, upon them digging it up they noticed the joints were not sealed AT ALL. Basically, Chris dug the trench by hand and only about 2 inches underground and then didn't seal the joints, he also didn't burm the trees so one almost died. Very expensive mistake of hiring them to do our yard. Looking into a complaint now with ROC.
