Damaged my car by pulling up my trim around my sunroof and manager refused to pay for the damages. I sent pictures showing proof and they said my 2021 car was too old for them to cover the repair! I sent them pictures of my vehicle right after I went through the wash proof. They asked me for my pictures then told me my car was too old after I sent them pictures! Quality, value and training their service people that are bringing the cars through. I purchased the package that included my cleaned and waxed out, they were not. This was also my first time ever at a car wash like that, I was not instructed on what to do and and my car was not placed in neutral cuz I did not know. Therefore my car shot through the car wash very quickly and bumped into another car that was in there, even though the light was green and I did not push the gas. They refused to take any responsibility to include rewashing my car that look like it hadn't been washed. And no responsibility for me bumping into the other car. read more

Told the attended my car was pretty dirty could they get it clean. He told me yes. It did not. When I pulled around to show him, he pointed to my windshield and told me they had to adjust the brushes or it would have broken my windshield. He never mentioned it or offered to wash it again. went today to get my car washed and of course the were higher was just to be expected with the times the paid extra and when I got finished, my car was still dirty not just one place but all over it just didn't get cleaned. These guys are the best car wash in the area. They have a monthly plan so you can run through and keep your car clean! They now have the cleaning products and drying towels back out along with vacuums. They have location in Fort Oglethorpe and Broad Street Chattanooga. read more

My son in law took his truck through the car wash, the truck jumped the tracks, the car behind him was hitting him so he honked his horn, took forever for someone to push the emergency stop button then tried to blame it on my son in law bc he put his brakes on after jumping the tracks and heading toward a wall. Horrible customer service, and obviously no one watches the cars going through the car wash. read more

Reasonably priced car wash that offers free vacuum, free all purpose cleaner, free towels, and a free air compressor for all the nooks and crannies in your vehicle. They even gave me a dashboard cleanser/conditioner for my car. They also have a car mat washing machine that only cost a dollar and it will wash and dry your mat. read more

Car wash? More of a car rinse. I spent $16.00 just to come home and hand wash the car. Also, one of the employees loosened my spare tire cover and didn't fix it. I heard him say, "did I do that?" to one of the other employees. The other guy said yes, but he didn't fix it. I didn't realize what it was until someone on the road waved me down and told me it was about to fall off. I was excited to have a car wash close by, but I won't be back there. read more

Took my very special all original E30 through, guy working the wash was pointing at something before I went in, I pull out of the car wash and it broke the ripped my rear bumper trim off and broke the power antenna. Filled out an incident report and was told they wouldn't pay for damages caused by there car wash. Now I'm stuck with the bill for fixing it. Would not reccomend. I have used Scenic Suds Car Wash three times since they opened. And was lucky enough to be a recipient of a free car wash. I have been extremely pleased every single time I have been there. I chose the $16.00 service today and as a bonus,​ they were giving away a free ceramic rinse for​ a limited time - if you send them a text you receive​ a code. So I did and I was not disappointed in this new feature. Seems like my truck was shinier and it took less time to finish off hand drying. Let's​ face it there is not a blower at any car wash that can completely dry a vehicle​. The vacuum​ stations provide everything​ a person could need to finish the job - towels, sprays, strong vacuums on either side of the ​vehicle with both having a different nozzle for the job, and an air pressure nozzle to clean out those pesky crevices! As I am drying my truck, I take the opportunity to look it over for anything I need to attend to and so I don't lose anything on the road. It is important to me to support local businesses so they can be successful. I look forward to supporting Scenic Suds Car Wash Express in the future. We have been watching this car wash being built for a couple months now. We saw a whole bunch of cars and decided we would give it a whirl for the first time. We were pleasantly surprised when we pulled in and they said they are giving away all of their car washes for free for the next few days. What a great way to introduce your business to our community. They have an attendant working the box when you first pull in where you would normally pay. He was giving out brochures and doing a great job of explaining their monthly unlimited wash program. We pulled in and the next guys were extremely friendly as well and then the real fun began. This was such a cool little wash with neon colors and great brushes. We got the Ultimate Car Wash normally $20 for free. The car wash itself is very nice and the staff was extremely friendly. We will be back, as soon as this rain goes away. This is one of the best carwashes I've ever been to. Outside of the car wash which is like any other car wash they have free vacuums free towels free chemicals and what is unique to this place yes they have compressed air which is great to get all the nooks in your car. They do have a washing machine for your floor mats which cost a dollar which seems very worthwhile to me. This car wash also has a variety of items you can purchase there as well to detail your car and the smell a good air freshener. read more

The guys there are always super helpful and even offered to pressure was my car mats for me and the stuff is easy to use to clean my car.

Granted my Freestyle was quite dirty but I expected more for my 16$ . I was Car 562 on a Fri. morning . They went around it with brushes and totally missed around the side doors and windows . Plus after only hitting the hood and back hatch I saw the lil thing part on each side of the windshield was still a tad dirty but only if you get kinda close . My sale # 20476288034 . I'm just disappointed for my $ spent and if I weren't in such a hurry I would have done it myself elsewhere . read more
