They say a bath, brush and towel dry is $19. I called and said my dog also needs a trim and blow dry. They said $50. When I brought him in, I was told it was $102 and I had to purchase a membership. Where do I even start. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I had a 9:15 appointment this morning for a full grooming. I arrived right before my appointment, and the receptionist told me it was only scheduled for a nail trim and basic services. I let them know that wasn't correct. I had come in the week before to confirm, and they told me it was a full grooming at 9:15.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The receptionist then said they had confirmed the appointment with me the day prior, which is not true. I never received any call or message confirming services. The only confirmation I had was when I physically walked in the week before and was told it was a full grooming.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]They then said they didn't have time for a full grooming and asked me to come back at 12:30. I adjusted my day, came back, and dropped my dog off.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] When they messaged that he was ready, I went to pick him up and he was only half groomed. His body was shaved, but his face was completely untouched. His paws weren't trimmed, his tail wasn't done, and overall he looks completely unfinished. He even has bald patches all over his body. Instead of fixing it, they asked me to come back again the next day to finish the job. That's unacceptable. The quality of work was extremely poor, and the experience overall was frustrating from start to finish. To make matters worse, they still charged me full price. I didn't receive any follow up, no apology, and no effort from management to make this right. My dog is a Goldendoodle. He is trained and does not behave badly. He is a traveler and goes everywhere with our family. So blaming him for being uncooperative is beyond me. We have never had any issues with his behavior at other groomers. This is a lack of accountability for untrained groomers. I took pictures of Oliver that morning before I went to work and have attached them for reference to show what he looked like then compared to how he looked that evening. The difference is horrific. Anyone who loves their dog will understand my frustration. I will not be returning, and I would strongly caution anyone looking for a groomer to stay away from this place. I have been a member for years and I'm done with this place. They used to have actual groomers and now they must be hiring clowns! I cannot verbalize how pissed off I am about what they did today. Whoever cut her hair is clearly NOT a groomer! These people are Literally the worst. Multiple times (the last 3), our dogs smell worse than they did BEFORE we brought them in for​ our monthly, subscription based service and their nails hadn't been trimmed whatsoever. We specifically brought these complaints to the "​manager" FRED on two seperate visits now and absolutely nothing has been addressed. I have been a member for more than 3 years and I have always been a happy customer until the management changed recently which reflected in the service. My dog got hurt twice after coming back from grooming. Once his paw was swollen and got infected and he started limping. I took him to the vet for X-rays and antibiotics and after one full month of recovery, he went back to grooming and I specifically explained not to trim his nails and to be careful with his paw. Then after he came back from grooming, I noticed he had blood under his paw (the same one he injured the first time). They never mentioned that something happened during grooming, and we realized when we were driving back home. I called with no replies (both times). The worst part of it is that the manager doesn't take the responsibility and at the least reply to my calls and apologize/take responsibility. read more

Worst and most disgusting groomer we have ever encountered. The returned our silver toy poodle sopping wet (no mention they don't dry the dogs when I called - which is kind of critical for a poodle) and worse, his leg and rear were covered in his own poop. He smelled and was filthy - I dropped him off be clean before a flight we had and he came out having soiled himself in the cage they put him in while he waited over and hour because they "texted" me to pick him up but got 3 digits wrong on the number I gave them. I had to call them to see what the hold up was. They refunded my money but seemed not bothered at all at the condition they returned him to me in. Please do not get your dog groomed here - EVER. I have a 5 month old Pomsky with a double coat (if you see their tab on double coated dogs do not believe it, they have no idea how to take care of one). I came in asking for a bath and blow out, specifically asked for them NOT to use a furminator on my double coated dog and do not use any sort of blade other then a sanitary cut. HALF OF MY DOG IS SHAVED. Her right side is absolutely destroyed. The groomer came out and told me my 5 month of puppy was "nervous" after the blow dryer and said I need to do a better job with brushing. I brush my dog DAILY. Proceeded to try to sell me on a monthly membership which is garbage. Please do not come here if you value your dogs coat. They are awful. read more

Had a 1:30 appointment today for my dog to be groomed. I was told that it would be about 45 minutes to an hour. I never met the groomer but was checked in by two very unprofessional young ladies who seemed a bit confused I didn't hear from them and after 2 hrs and 45 minutes, returned looking to pick up my dog The groomer came out and I was told she had just begun. She tried to tell me that I had dropped my fog off 45 minutes late when I had arrived exactly at 1:30. She gave no apology. I used to love this company. When I first started going to them a couple of years ago, the prices were great, they did a fantastic job on my dog and I recommended them to everyone. Now however, it is costing me about $80 each time I take my dog for just pretty much the basic cleaning with blowdry, not even a cut. They keep shaving her belly instead of her hiney when I ask for the sanitary trim, and she keeps coming home with knots still in her. No phone call and was charged for all 3 dogs right away. Now I had to file complaint with credit card because they would not refund when I said to cancel and refund. Was very pleased with the service my dog received until I saw her scratching her ears. 2 cotton balls popped out. They had been left by the groomer. My dog is fast and ate one before I could get to them. An hour late she threw up her dinner and the cotton ball. I called back to tell the salon what had happened. She apologized and said she would "speak to the groomer". Fine. Quick and cost effective! I brought my 90 lb Old English Bulldog there to give them a try for routine care. I'll admit I've been very lax when it comes to his grooming and he hates having his nails done. Because of this his nails are longer. They did a great job. He was relaxed when I picked him up and they assured me he was a good boy. I had the worst experience with Scenthound. Every time I tried to make an appointment they were booked for more than a week out. When I signed up for the service they never explained how their system actually worked. They first tell you that you will save money and everything is a 20% discount. What they fail to say is that no matter what you get charged monthly for $29.00. Also they tell you that you can cancel at anytime but once again they fail to tell you that you must give 30 days notice. They don't care about their reputation only the money. They are not customer service friendly and I certainly don't recommend them for anyone. You are much better off with the small independent places who care about customer service. read more
