To answer the question "Do I recommend this store":, It depends on which assistant happens to be available. I use to know everyone in this store & all managers. Due to turnover, as of this date, I would recommend shopping there ONLY IF YOU CAN BE HELPED BY MAX who is a very nice & helpful young man, with all good & positive qualities., DO NOT DEAL WITH A FEMALE NAMED OLLY. She is an angry female with no positive qualities. She proved it knowingly (or not) when I walked in & said hello. Olly not only did not reply, she turned and walked away. She has no business dealing with people. I just hope she treats animals better than she deals with customers. read more

Stay away from this place ..I had my cat groomed bc I received an email that they now groom cats but by they added in nail clipping etc it was twice the quoted so lesson learned I will not be using the grooming there..a few days later I noticed gnarly mats on her.this has never happened before .i called and was told to bring her back .they changed the time on me and then when she was there they called me repeatedly complaining the cat was stressed and to bring her back for yet a 3rd time ..when i picked her up they charged full price I asked for a discount bc of the matting that occurred after the grooming ..I was told no bc there were no mats when she was first groomed a week ago. They had caused the mats as she never had them before..so now I'm paying a few hundred dollars. The groomers recommended a special comb for my cat and I asked her to ring it up. When I was halfway home I realized that I didn't have the comb.I called back and they said I wasn't charged and to just order it online this staff also rarely answers the phone.they are apathetic unfriendly employees groomer was terrible if you are advertising a cat groomer they shouldn't be afraid of cats This store needs new staff bc there are so many other pet stores why go somewhere to be treated like shit and overcharged.. read more

BUGS in the dog food. I absolutely will not go back to this store. The hard kibbles for my dog was from Wellness Core which I purchased from this store. As I scooped through the bag, I found a number of bugs on the bottom of the 10 pound bag.Unfortunately for me, I was out of the country for more than 10 days so when I actually had time to return the product, it was more than 30 days and they said they would only throw the bag of dog food in the garbage for me. read more

Love this store! The range of products offered is great, and the store is always very clean. I feel like my money goes a lot further here than it does at other pet supply stores, and that's really important to me given the current economic environment. They even have a loyalty program that is always giving you discounts on the items you actually buy, not just on the items the company is hoping you'll buy. And I have to say, Lisa, the store manager at this location is amazing! She knows her customers by name, she clearly takes pride in her store, and I feel like she truly cares about my experience in the store every single time I'm there. On several occasions she's even offered to special order items I wanted without me even having to ask and the calls me when it comes in!! Let's be real. Where do you find that kind of customer care these days?!?! You're certainly not going to get that at PetSmart or Pet Supermarket! Shop here often. Everyone is helpful. Sometimes you can find a good deal sometimes it's pricey. Good selection and groomer is excellent.

I've been coming here for 10 years but recently there have been numerous discrepancies in prices of what is listed on the shelf and what rings up on my receipt. My post is to warn you to look at your receipt closely when you buy from here! I got cheated $3.00 as a result of the cashier manually calculating 75% off of a can of dog food. When I went back to show her my findings she justified why she did what she did and did not correct the amount no matter what I said. I'm taking my business elsewhere as I don't like to be cheated, whether it is $3.00 or 3 cents. read more

Their service is excellent, they always have the best selections and fair prices. Now you can order online and either get it delivered, or go to their store to pick up. Once you get there, you call to let them know you arrived, and one of their team members comes to your car and loads your purchases in your car. Superb! read more
