Annemade Bread is a small business that Anne started as a teenager during the pandemic in 2020…read more I first encountered Annemade Bread at the Oakmont Farmers Market. Anne had set up a tent and table to sell her sourdough bread, chocolate chip cookies, and honey-ginger granola. Anne gave me one chocolate chip cookie for free. The cookie was large and thick, and it tasted very chocolately. Anne's sourdough breads had very pretty designs, so I bought one loaf for $8. When I got home, my husband and I ate the bread with our meals across a couple of days. I thought that the crust was chewy and the center was nicely moist, and I liked the freshness and the sourdough flavor. According to Anne's websites, she currently sells her foods at not only the Oakmont Farmers Market but also at Freeport Days and at the business 1833 Coffee and Tea Company. I look forward to watching this business grow and to hopefully eventually offer more products.
