I do t know why they didn't just admit to me they didn't have the watch any more - perhaps it has to do with eBay reputation. He tells you upfront what he can do for sure and what he may be able to do once he opens the watches. My fix was rather simple this time around -- I was in and out in 25 min. Now I know where to go to fix my other watches, or get them appraised, or consider splurging on a Rolex :) He's open on Saturdays! His shop is on 3rd Ave (which turns to Coral Way) next to Vintage Liquors and 2 blocks south of Moshi Moshi. Small parking on site and street parking as well.
